Chapter 2845

Xing Guodong said, "Mayor Su, I also understood your previous experiences before I dared to touch this project. I thought, if I encountered difficulties, you would definitely not stand by and watch. Moreover, if I don't do this project now, the difficulty will only get bigger and bigger in the future, so this project must be done."

Su Xinghui laughed, "You really have a good plan. You have been eyeing me for a long time."

Xing Guodong said somewhat embarrassedly, "This is also a matter of no choice. If I rely on my personal strength, it is really too thin, and Yinshan County definitely does not have such financial resources."

Su Xinghui nodded and said, "It is actually a good thing that you can think of using my strength. With Xu Xiaoguang helping you, there will be no problems with your project. He has rich experience in old city renovation projects. You should listen to his opinions more on everything."

Xing Guodong nodded, "I will. President Xu has indeed given me many good suggestions."

After Su Xinghui and Xing Guodong ran around the old urban area, they went to the west of the county seat. It was a low mountain and hilly area. The main vegetation was shrubs with little economic value. In spring and summer, farmers also planted some sweet potatoes, corn, and other crops here.

Xing Guodong was preparing to open this place as an industrial park and move the factories in the old urban area here. In this way, the old urban area would suddenly open up, and there would be enough space for planning.

And between the old urban area and this industrial park, there was also a piece of vacant land with an area almost equal to the old urban area. Xing Guodong was preparing to plan this area as various functional areas, build office buildings for the county government and various government agencies here, and become a transitional area.

As for the old urban area, it would become a specialized residential and commercial area, in which several parks would be built, which would allow the common people of Yinshan County to live and work in peace and contentment there.
