Chapter 3123: The Old Rules Were Cancelled

At a Standing Committee meeting in late January, Zhao Yichen instructed the Organization Department Minister, Wan Ronghua, to bring out the new cadre assessment system for discussion at the meeting.

Wan Ronghua was also the one who became the Organization Department Minister in this cadre adjustment. He was previously the Executive Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of another city and had a very good relationship with Zhao Yichen before. This time, coming to Baozhou, he became Zhao Yichen's direct subordinate, so he naturally became closer to Zhao Yichen.

This cadre assessment system was formulated by Zhao Yichen, Wan Ronghua, and Su Xinghui together. Because Su Xinghui already had a lot of experience in this area, some of the assessment methods he proposed were very scientific, reasonable, and operable. It could already be said to be a very mature cadre assessment system.

After this cadre assessment system was formulated, Zhao Yichen first took it to the Secretary's Office Meeting for discussion. In addition to Zhao Yichen and Wei Ziming, those attending the meeting included the full-time Deputy Secretary of Party and Mass Affairs, Liu Qirui, and the Deputy Secretary and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, Tang Wenyao. Of course, Wan Ronghua naturally had to attend the office meeting as a non-voting delegate, because he was responsible for this work, and this cadre assessment system was also nominally formulated by him.

At the Secretary's Office Meeting, Wei Ziming and Liu Qirui had some opposing opinions. Wei Ziming couldn't stand Zhao Yichen; as long as it was something Zhao Yichen wanted to do, he wanted to oppose it. Of course, he also had some high-sounding reasons, such as this not being in line with convention, or some specific clauses having problems, etc.

And Liu Qirui was also very unhappy, because he was the Deputy Secretary of Party and Mass Affairs, and the Organization Department and cadre assessment should have been his work. However, Wan Ronghua brought out this system, and it was the first time he had seen it. He naturally felt that this was a disregard for him, so he was very upset. ===== CHAPTER 3125 =====
