Chapter 3246

Su Xinghui said: "Secretary Zhao, nothing will happen. Although I am luring the snake out of the hole, there must be public security personnel secretly protecting me by my side. And I will also wear a bulletproof vest. My skills and reaction speed are also quite good, so I dare to guarantee that this matter has at least a 90% chance of success."

Zhao Yichen said: "90% is not enough, I want to be foolproof."

If it were an ordinary matter, a 90% chance of success would be a fairly high probability and worth a try. However, this matter is not an ordinary matter, it concerns Su Xinghui's life, so Zhao Yichen is still unwilling to take risks.

Su Xinghui smiled and said: "Secretary Zhao, although it is only a 90% chance of success now, if there is a plan designed by Ren Weidong, I believe it will definitely be foolproof."

Zhao Yichen had no doubts about Ren Weidong's ability. During this period, Ren Weidong's performance was indeed very outstanding, and the public security in Baozhou City was indeed getting better and better. And when the shooting case happened that day, it was also Ren Weidong who reacted quickly to save Su Xinghui.

However, he was still a little suspicious, is there really a foolproof thing?

Seeing Zhao Yichen's hesitation, Su Xinghui said: "Secretary Zhao, just make up your mind. This is the most likely opportunity to catch this gunman, otherwise we will have to guard against thieves for a thousand days."

Zhao Yichen naturally knew the truth that there was only a thousand days of being a thief and no thousand days of guarding against thieves. Guarding against thieves every day would drag people to death.

He hesitated for a while and said: "Let's do this, I will call Secretary Wu to ask for instructions."

Secretary Wu is Provincial Party Secretary Wu Jianbai. He has also been very concerned about this case. Therefore, Zhao Yichen wants to ask him for instructions. If Wu Jianbai also agrees to this plan, then he can make the final decision.

Su Xinghui nodded, and Zhao Yichen called Wu Jianbai's office in front of him. After Wu Jianbai answered the phone, Zhao Yichen reported Su Xinghui's suggestion to Wu Jianbai and asked for his opinion.

Wu Jianbai asked very carefully about the details of Su Xinghui's plan and asked how much certainty there was to catch the gunman while ensuring Su Xinghui's safety.

Zhao Yichen said very cautiously that they would design the best plan, which could at least ensure Su Xinghui's safety, and the possibility of catching the gunman would also be relatively large.

When Wu Jianbai heard that Su Xinghui would wear a bulletproof vest and that there would be public security personnel secretly protecting Su Xinghui, he decisively made the final decision and agreed to Su Xinghui's plan.
