Chapter 3614

Wu and Fang looked at each other and said, "Comrade Xinghui, is your idea too radical? Do you want to build a highway and a high-speed railway in Linshan City now?"

Su Xinghui said, "It doesn't have to be built now, but it must be prepared now. My meaning is to strive for successful project approval next year and start construction. It will be built in about three years. The highway must be there. I will go to Beijing to run the high-speed railway and strive to run this project down."

Fang Zhonglin said with a solemn face, "How to solve the funding problem of the highway? This tens of billions of funds, wanting to be fully supported by the provincial government, is unrealistic."

Su Xinghui said, "I will raise a part of it, but it is limited to this part within Linshan. After this highway is built, it is not only Linshan City that benefits, but several cities along the way will benefit, which is of great benefit to the economic development of Yanbei Province. You can't take advantage of me, right?"

Su Xinghui's words made Fang Zhonglin smile a bit awkwardly. He did have the idea of letting Su Xinghui raise a considerable part of the funds, because Su Xinghui can toss, and raising funds is a good hand.
