Chapter 3649

Time entered the middle of November, and it snowed in Linshan City. This year, the snow in Linshan came a bit later than in previous years; in the past, it usually snowed by early November, so this year it was about ten days late.

As soon as it snowed, the weather turned cold immediately. Just at this time, the list of cadres from Linshan City to exchange with Baozhou City was also released. The Organization Department of Linshan City selected thirty outstanding young cadres according to the standards, preparing to conduct an exchange with Baozhou City.

Among these thirty cadres, basically all were between thirty and thirty-five years old; there was not a single one under thirty. This was, of course, because there was also a restriction on rank, requiring them to be at the deputy section level or above. Linshan had been quite conservative in using cadres in the past; those who could become deputy section-level cadres under thirty were as rare as phoenix feathers and unicorn horns. Among these cadres, the highest rank was only deputy division level, and most were at the deputy section level.

Linshan City did have cadres who became deputy section-level in their twenties, but as soon as Su Xinghui looked at their resumes, he lost interest, because these people were generally children of high-ranking officials or relatives of city leaders. Their own resumes had nothing outstanding, and they hadn't achieved any results. Why their promotion was so fast was very thought-provoking.

In short, the thirty exchange cadres from Linshan City were finally selected. Su Xinghui placed high expectations on them; he hoped these cadres could truly learn something in Baozhou and then return to Linshan to make their due contributions to Linshan's development.

At the same time, the list of thirty outstanding young cadres from Baozhou City prepared to exchange to Linshan was also drawn up, and Zhao Yichen also had the Organization Department send this list to Su Xinghui.
