Chapter 3953: Yin Sheng Yang Shuai (The Feminine Flourishes, the Masculine Declines)

This time, Chai Yongxin was appointed as the leader of the Linshan City disaster area reconstruction working group. Because Chai Yongxin was still in Xingfu County and had not yet returned, their rescue team had already begun reconstruction work in Xingfu County, though for now, they were only constructing those prefabricated temporary houses.

Rather than appointing someone else to serve as the leader of the Linshan City reconstruction working group, it was better to let Chai Yongxin stay there, as he was already very familiar with the situation in Xingfu County.

This time, Linshan City would also send some cadres over to Xingfu County to assist with the reconstruction work and rotate the rescue team members back, because these rescue team members had already been in the disaster area for over a month. They participated in rescue work on the front lines every day, and their mental states truly needed some proper counseling; at this point, timely rest was very necessary.

Chai Yongxin was doing a bit better; because he was older, he often just sat in command and did not have to go out every single time like the rescue team members, so the negative emotions he absorbed were much less than those of the rescue team members.

Speaking of negative emotions, Su Xinghui was still seeing a psychologist once a week for counseling, and his psychological issues were now much better than before.

In late June, Cao Yuanhao took the members of the Linshan City reconstruction working group to Xingfu County. Before their departure, Linshan City also held a grand farewell ceremony for them. After all, they were going to the disaster area for reconstruction, and the conditions in the disaster area were still much worse than in Linshan; being able to go to the disaster area at this time was no small feat. ===== CHAPTER 3955 =====
