Chapter 3963: Opening Ceremony Tickets

This day, Wen Guoning came to Su Xinghui's office again. He reported to Su Xinghui with an excited face that this time the Criminal Investigation Detachment of the Public Security Bureau had cracked a major child trafficking gang case, and the reason they could crack this major case was because Niuniu caught those two human traffickers.

This major child trafficking gang had more than ten members. Some were specifically responsible for abducting children, some were specifically responsible for taking care of the lives of abducted children, and some were specifically responsible for finding buyers and contacting buyers. In the past two years, they had abducted and trafficked more than 20 children in various places in Yanbei Province, making a profit of over one million yuan.

This gang had a clear division of labor, tight organization, and was very good at disguising. For example, the people they sent out to abduct children were those who looked honest and simple, and ordinary people would absolutely not recognize that they were human traffickers.

The two human traffickers caught by Niuniu this time were also two middle-aged people who looked very ordinary and looked very honest. They were also very alert. After abducting the boy, because they were afraid that the boy's crying would make people suspicious, they neither took the bus nor called a taxi, but chose to walk and specifically took those very quiet places.

They had also inquired about the terrain here in advance and were very familiar with it, heading straight for the train station. If Niuniu hadn't seen them, they would have boarded the train and left Linshan.

Who knew that Niuniu was so alert and had such good skills? An eleven-year-old child had such strong combat power, which caused those two human traffickers to capsize in the gutter.

After the Criminal Investigation Detachment of the Municipal Public Security Bureau took over this case, they interrogated the two human traffickers overnight and finally interrogated more situations. According to their confession, they went to another city and captured the gang members who were hiding the abducted children in one fell swoop, rescuing five abducted children.

Then, they followed the vine to find the melon, and with the cooperation of the Public Security Bureau of the brother city, they captured eight gang members including the main culprit in one fell swoop. Currently, only three gang members are at large. Now a wanted order has been issued for them, and I believe their arrest is only a matter of time.

Among the children trafficked by this gang, two were from Linshan. One had already been rescued at that hiding point, and the other had also known the buyer's name and was being rescued.

The Criminal Investigation Detachment of the Municipal Public Security Bureau had already filed cases for those two missing children cases, but there had been no clue, because the difficulty of solving child trafficking cases was too great. Especially now that the construction of Linshan City's Skynet system still had great flaws, security cameras did not cover every corner of the city, and many quiet places did not have cameras.

In addition, human traffickers were very cunning. They generally did not take transportation in the city, but chose to walk on quiet roads, so there were very few witnesses, and very few people would pay attention to such a combination, which made solving the case an almost impossible thing.

In fact, there were a lot of child trafficking cases that could not be solved. Most of those that could be solved were due to some accidental factors. Like this time, it was an accidental factor that led to the arrest of these two human traffickers, thereby allowing this child trafficking gang to be cracked.

So, it could be completely said that it was because of Niuniu that such a major case was cracked, and many abducted children could return to their homes. Niuniu made a great contribution.

Hearing Wen Guoning's report, Su Xinghui was still very happy. Niuniu was so young, but he had already done such a big thing, which made Su Xinghui truly proud of him.

However, Wen Guoning's report also highlighted another problem, which was that the construction speed of the Skynet system was still a bit slow. If every corner could have security cameras, it would be much easier to solve cases like child trafficking. Cameras could make criminals have nowhere to hide. ===== CHAPTER 3965 =====
