Chapter 4065

Su Xinghui was not yet aware that the Mi Group had developed such a project in Fengling Town. The Mi Group had too many projects underway in Linshan, and it was impossible for them to report every single one to him; they always negotiated directly with the local government.

However, Su Xinghui was still very moved. Large companies like the Mi Group had truly helped him far too much in the development of Linshan City; even a small place like Fengling Town had their projects.

Su Xinghui nodded and said, "This project is quite good; it shows great vision. Fengling Town has a large floating population, and the original commercial facilities were indeed insufficient to meet the local demand. Although this project is not large, it will certainly play a vital role in the development of Fengling Town."

Dong Zhimin pointed to another construction site and said, "This is a commercial housing project developed by the Hongtu Real Estate Development Company. There are more and more enterprises in the town now, and the previous road-widening project in the town demolished quite a few houses, so there is a need to build more housing now."

"Over there is a park. Actually, it is just a very simple park, providing a place for the town's common folk to sit, stroll around, sing, and dance..."

Dong Zhimin introduced the several construction sites to Su Xinghui and his group one by one. Most of these were commercial projects introduced by the town, which did not require much investment from the town itself, but the results were excellent. Once completed, they would elevate the town's urban construction level to a new height.
