Chapter 4079

Su Xinghui waved at Le Jianguo and walked out of the classroom surrounded by a group of people.

After going out, Su Xinghui asked Zhang Shouye, "Old Zhang, this Teacher Le's level is quite good. You can be considered to have picked up a treasure."

Zhang Shouye said, "His teaching level is indeed quite good, but he was not valued at Yanzhong Institute of Technology before. The phenomenon of seniority there is too serious, and Le Jianguo's lectures are always a bit unorthodox. For example, in programming classes, he likes to talk about game development, and the language used is also unfamiliar to the original professors. It's strange if he can get the professors' liking."

Su Xinghui nodded. This phenomenon is indeed very common. He asked, "Then why did you dare to reuse him?"

Zhang Shouye said, "We are a Vocational and Technical College. Originally, we have to teach students practical technology so that they can find jobs after going out. Now game development can be considered a relatively popular industry. Students are also very interested in this. Even the most naughty students listen very seriously in Teacher Le's class. So after we tried the class, we hired Teacher Le."

Su Xinghui felt very emotional after hearing this. Although Linshan Vocational and Technical College is regarded as a "wild chicken" school by others, as long as there is policy, they still dare to use talent without sticking to one pattern. Yes, although game development sounds a bit "not doing proper work," as long as it is needed by society, isn't this also a craft to make a living?

Now this society is more diversified, more inclusive, and looks at those things that looked like "not doing proper work" in the past with a normal eye.

For example, billiards, which was seen as played by little hooligans in the past, has been accepted by everyone since the world champion of billiards appeared. Billiards is also very popular in China.

In addition, street dance, hip-hop, roller skating, extreme sports, etc., were not understood and accepted in the past, but now everyone has accepted them, at least they will not look at these people with strange eyes.

Then, what's wrong with game development?

Su Xinghui said, "Old Zhang, you are doing very well. We should use talent without sticking to one pattern."

Zhang Shouye said, "Le Jianguo is willing to come to Linshan Vocational and Technical College to work, and there is another reason, that is, our school pays him a high salary and is willing to give him a house. When he was at Yanzhong Institute of Technology, he had a girlfriend he had been talking to for more than three years, but because their school didn't give him a house, he couldn't get married. He only had a widowed mother and a brother, and couldn't afford a house, so he came to us."

Su Xinghui nodded and said, "It seems that our preferential policies to attract talent are very correct. Then are your houses enough?"

Zhang Shouye said, "Enough. The municipal government allocated quite a lot of funds to the school this year. We can build several teacher dormitory buildings, which will be completed in the second half of the year. By then, these newly recruited teachers will be able to get houses. Le Jianguo has already set his wedding for the National Day on October 1st this year, which is also his birthday."

Su Xinghui smiled and said, "Is that so? Then on that day, we have to go and drink a wedding wine!"

Since this is the case, Su Xinghui understood why Le Jianguo said he had already planned to take root in Linshan. He got a house here and was preparing to get married here, so of course, he was prepared to take root in Linshan. As Linshan Vocational and Technical College develops better and better, he will certainly not leave in the future.

Weng Jingyao asked, "Then where is his girlfriend from? Did she also come to Linshan?"

Zhang Shouye said, "His girlfriend was an English teacher at a middle school in Yanzhong before. After Le Jianguo came to Linshan, we also recruited her and she became an English teacher in our school. This kind of talent is also what our Vocational and Technical College needs. This can be considered a good thing that kills two birds with one stone."
