Chapter 4101

And in these ten-plus years, the fates of the people around Su Xinghui had also undergone huge changes. This change was also accompanied by the development of the country. In these ten-plus years, the country's development had also been earth-shaking.

Su Xinghui said, "Wenchang, at the beginning, I might have played a significant role, but in recent years, Hanhai Technology's development has had little to do with me; it is your own credit."

Hou Wenchang said, "Everything is difficult at the beginning. If it weren't for your guidance back then, Hanhai Technology would probably still be a small company. I might have been complacent about my small achievements, but the bigger Hanhai Technology becomes, the less I feel complacent. I feel very calm now!"

Su Xinghui said, "Wenchang, your state of mind is high now; I am ashamed of my inferiority!"

Hou Wenchang laughed and said, "Xinghui, don't flatter me, or my little heart won't be able to take it!"

Su Xinghui also laughed out loud. He asked Hou Wenchang some more detailed questions about the Hanhai Technology Award and then hung up the phone.

Su Xinghui could foresee that the Hanhai Technology Award would play a huge role, far more than just a simple science award. Its influence would also become greater and greater. This time, Hanhai Technology's establishment of the Hanhai Technology Award would also become an epoch-making event.

Summer had arrived. For Linshan City, summer was the best season. Linshan was located in the north and had many mountains within its borders, possessing a temperate forest belt rare in China. In summer, such a temperate forest belt had the most beautiful scenery.

Moreover, it was not too hot here in summer, and it could be called a summer resort. Now, with Linshan City's publicity work becoming better and better, Linshan City's fame in the country was also becoming greater and greater. Therefore, once summer arrived, many tourists came to Linshan City for tourism in an endless stream.

After Linshan Municipal Committee Propaganda Department Minister Gu Fanghua took office, she did a lot of work in Linshan City's external publicity, especially the documentary filmed in cooperation with China Central Television, which made Linshan City famous. Therefore, Linshan City's popularity was increasing day by day.

Su Xinghui was still very satisfied with Gu Fanghua's work. Gu Fanghua was indeed worthy of having worked in television media; she was quite capable of how to publicize Linshan City's external image.

Now that summer had arrived, Gu Fanghua had contacted a big director again, preparing to film a TV series in Linshan City. The theme of the TV series was the employees of the state-run forest farm in Ningquan County, Linshan City, who, under arduous conditions, persisted in afforestation work for decades as if it were one day, eventually creating a miracle of hundreds of thousands of acres of forest in Ningquan County.

One or two hundred years ago, Ningquan County was still a large forest, but later, due to excessive development, logging, and other disasters, the forest here disappeared completely, making the mountains of Ningquan County a piece of barren hills.

Because there was no vegetation cover on the barren hills of Ningquan County, the soil was blown away by the wind. Coupled with the harsh climate in winter, it was difficult to plant trees here.

Later, the employees of the state-run forest farm in Ningquan County, under arduous conditions, after decades of hard work, finally succeeded in afforestation here. In decades, they planted hundreds of thousands of acres of forest, turning all the barren hills of Ningquan County into forests, becoming a national-level forest park.

Now, Ningquan County was a typical temperate forest belt landscape, with green trees providing shade, flowers blooming, and grass growing, and the scenery was pleasant. Moreover, there was the best quality spring water here. You know, decades ago, because there was no forest, the spring water here had dried up. It was only after the afforestation was successful that the spring water gushed out again. A mineral water manufacturing base in Mintong was built here.

This was a very moving story and also a very good subject for filming a TV series. After Gu Fanghua came to Linshan, she visited various counties and discovered this good material, so she contacted a big director she was familiar with and invited him to Linshan City to film this TV series. ===== CHAPTER 4103 =====
