Chapter 457: Yu Ruoqiu's Second Brother

That afternoon, Xiong Ruisong and Qiao Dashu signed investment agreements at the Meng Hu Ling Township Government.

The enterprise Xiong Ruisong wanted to invest in was called Ruisong Leisure Food Factory, mainly manufacturing some leisure foods. There are many such leisure food factories in Mindong Province. Xiong Ruisong returned to Mindong Province this time, consulted some friends there, and then dug up some technical personnel, and came to Meng Hu Ling to open a factory.

Now they mainly purchase some walnuts, chestnuts, and some wild fruits in Meng Hu Ling to manufacture some leisure foods. The sales of these things in supermarkets and small shops are still quite good, and the prospects will be better and better in the future.

The enterprise Qiao Dashu wanted to invest in was called Green World Seedling Breeding Garden, mainly breeding some ornamental and greening tree species seedlings. In the economically developed provinces in the southern coastal areas, the demand for ornamental tree species is now very large, and the demand for greening tree species is growing rapidly across the country. The prospects of this industry are also very good.

And in Meng Hu Ling, the conditions for engaging in this industry are also very good. Meng Hu Ling has many rare ornamental tree species, such as Podocarpus, Southern Taxus, Camptotheca acuminata, Cathaya argyrophylla, Metasequoia, Bretschneidera sinensis, etc. The climate here is mild and humid, which is also suitable for plant breeding.

Most importantly, this is also the scientific research base of Jiangcheng Agricultural University. Experts and graduate students from Jiangcheng Agricultural University are engaged in scientific research work on plant protection here all year round, so there is no lack of technical strength.

At the signing ceremony, Qiao Dashu also requested the Meng Hu Ling Township Government to hire experts from Jiangcheng Agricultural University to be their technical guidance, hoping that the Meng Hu Ling Township Government would act as a go-between. Su Xinghui also readily agreed.

Qiao Dashu also stated that after those graduate students graduate in the future, he will hire them with high salaries to work in his seedling breeding garden.

The successful landing of these two enterprises' investment in Meng Hu Ling gave Lu Xiaoya a lot to write about, and also made Yu Ruoqiu quite surprised. She knew that investment was being solicited everywhere in the country now, but it was not so easy to solicit investors who could really land the investment. This little Deputy Township Head Su really had some ways.

She also paid attention to some existing foreign-invested enterprises in Meng Hu Ling and knew that there were no polluting enterprises, all of which were environmentally friendly enterprises. She was even more surprised; this was too difficult.

In short, this little Deputy Township Head Su is different from the vast majority of small bureaucrats in China, and is still quite interesting.

The next day, Su Xinghui took Yu Ruoqiu to Yezhugou Village again. Yu Ruoqiu didn't expect that this village with an unpleasant name would have such good scenery. She also saw Xia Zhu, a girl full of spirituality, and saw her bamboo weaving crafts. These made her very pleasantly surprised.

Xia Zhu also liked this beautiful sister very much. She picked a bamboo weaving longevity star statue that Yu Ruoqiu loved and gave it to her.

Yu Ruoqiu was very happy. She said that in two months it would be her grandfather's birthday, and she could use this longevity star statue as a gift for her grandfather.

On the fourth day of Yu Ruoqiu's arrival in Meng Hu Ling, Yu Ruoqiu's brother, Yu Ruizhi, also came to Meng Hu Ling. When he got through to Yu Ruoqiu's mobile phone, Yu Ruoqiu said in surprise, "Brother, why did you come too?"

Yu Ruizhi laughed on the phone, "Anyway, I don't have much to do in the company now. Since you said this Meng Hu Ling is so good and cool, I came. Hey, it was not wrong to come here; it is cool enough here."

Yu Ruoqiu asked, "Then where are you now?"

Yu Ruizhi said, "I am at the Meng Hu Ling Township Government. They said you went to the village."

Yu Ruoqiu said, "Alright, wait for me at the township government."

After hanging up the phone, Yu Ruoqiu said to Lu Xiaoya and Su Xinghui, "I called my brother to send someone to sign the agency rights, but I didn't expect him to come himself. Let's go back to the township government."

Both nodded, and then returned to the township government with Yu Ruoqiu.

Yu Ruizhi is Yu Ruoqiu's second brother, nearly thirty years old this year. He was a soldier for several years. After retiring, he opened a trading company and did all kinds of business. However, the Yu family managed strictly and did not allow him to be a speculator who resold approval documents, so the money he earned over the years was not too much.

Of course, his starting point was much higher than ordinary businessmen, and his status as a member of the Yu family was much stronger than ordinary people, so his total assets were also several million. In that era, life was still relatively comfortable.

This time, hearing his sister say that there was mineral water here with good quality, and asking him to come and get an agency right, originally this kind of thing did not need him to run a trip personally. However, his sister, who had always been proud, could actually play happily in a poor mountain ditch and didn't want to go back, so he also became curious and wanted to come and see.

Now his business didn't need him to stare at it every day. He still had a group of people under him to help him stare at the company, so he drove to Meng Hu Ling himself. ===== CHAPTER 459 =====
