Chapter 472

Entering the factory area, Feng Yuandong brought Su Xinghui into the office, poured him tea, and said, "What brings you here today, Township Head Su?"

Su Xinghui said, "Isn't it because your factory building is about to be completed? I'm here to see how your preparations are going."

Feng Yuandong said, "The preparations are okay, mainly the acquisition of raw materials and the recruitment of workers, which are all in progress now. At present, we mainly acquire some wild Chinese medicinal herbs, which can meet our production needs for these few months. By the end of the year, when those planted Chinese medicinal herbs mature, we won't have to worry about raw materials."

Su Xinghui asked, "Is it troublesome to recruit workers locally?"

Feng Yuandong said, "It's a bit troublesome, mainly because the education level of the workers recruited locally is not high, and some skills are not enough. However, I have transferred some experienced skilled workers and technicians from the Duzhou headquarters, and now we are recruiting while training these new workers, so this problem is not big."

Su Xinghui nodded and said, "Hmm, that's good. Let's go, let's go to the factory area and take a look."
