Chapter 718

Su Xinghui smiled: "Dad, don't worry, I will definitely work hard so that your grandson will be well-matched even if he finds the daughter of the provincial party committee secretary as his daughter-in-law in the future."

Su Wenjun laughed loudly, which was rare for him. He pointed at Su Xinghui and said, "Don't brag!"

Su Xinghui said, "Of course I won't brag. Dad, there's one more thing. Mom doesn't have any concept of the secretary-general of the provincial committee now. But if she finds out that Xiaoya's dad is such a big cadre, will she also oppose it?"

Guo Suhua's character was about the same as Su Wenjun's, and she was not a person who curried favor with the powerful. If she found out that Lu Xiaoya's father was such a big cadre, it was really hard to say whether she would oppose it.

Su Wenjun said, "Don't worry, if she opposes it, I will help you convince her."

Su Xinghui said happily, "Dad, then I'll thank you first!"
