1595. Chapter 1595 Joint Examination 39

Shangguan Yun shook his head, gave a helpless smile, and said: "You… what does it matter? Besides, no one here knows us, and look at others—aren't they all that affectionate?"

"Tch, that's others, we're us—how can we compare to them? Let's go." After saying that, I took the initiative to hold Shangguan Yun's hand as we walked.

We held hands, fingers tightly interlocked……

To me, holding hands is a kind of happiness, because they say fingers connect to the heart, and we still have our fingers tightly interlocked, which means our hearts are also tightly locked together……

Happiness, happiness is just that simple……

The two of us went to the urban area again, then to the mall; if we were going to stroll around, those were basically the only places.

We hadn't planned to buy anything, but after going in and seeing some little ornaments we liked, we bought them anyway.

It was mainly because Shangguan Yun saw that I liked them, so he bought them for me.

Besides, if he wants to buy, he buys—after all, his family is filthy rich; money just burns a hole in his pocket, and if left unused it would go moldy, so I help shoulder a bit, spending a little also counts as helping him.

I always say that, and whenever I do, Shangguan Yun always scolds: "You… you're such a spendthrift, even more so than me."

And I always retort: "Tch, who let your family be so rich, throwing money around like that? Your family's daily earnings might be more than ours make in a year."

"That's right," Shangguan Yun said with a laugh, "our family's daily earnings, we truly couldn't spend even in a year."

"So, why can your family be so rich while ours has nothing? I feel unbalanced, so I'll spend more of your money, I'll buy things fiercely, spend money recklessly, I'll ruin your family completely, hahaha…" After saying that, I threw my head back and laughed loudly a few times.
