1734. Chapter 1734: Pitiful Parents' Hearts Everywhere 2

"These days you've worked hard. The meal is ready; today Mom knows you're coming back, so she specially bought lots of dishes you like. After another two weeks we'll have vacation. Although the joint examination is over, we still have the final exam coming up—you must study seriously, okay?" Mom said, looking at me with concern.

Mom really isn't easy; she watches us every day to study well at school, study well at school.

Especially Liu Xi, who has the middle school exam next month; Mom watches him even more closely, very tightly, very tightly……

"Mom, where's Liu Xi? Has he come back?" I glanced at the time; Liu Xi should be back by now, so I asked.

"He's back, but he's playing computer games in your room again, completely unaware he needs to study. The middle school exam is tomorrow, yet he's not the least bit anxious—he's not anxious, and I'm dying of worry for him." Mom said, looking worried.

Truly, the hearts of parents everywhere are pitiful. Parents push us to study, push us to sleep, push us to eat, not allowing us to go out and play; all of this is for our own good, sigh……

Really not easy.

We can't possibly understand this feeling.

Perhaps only when we become parents ourselves can we truly experience the hardship of being a mother.

"Mom, later I'll go talk to him; this can't go on like this—he keeps saying he wants to get into my school, and if this continues he definitely won't make it." I said hypocritically.

Actually, if I weren't relying on Shangguan Yun, I'd probably be doomed this time.

But if I do well this time, I can tell Mom it's all thanks to Shangguan Yun—it's all the credit from his tutoring me.

I hope everything Shangguan Yun said is true; that would be great.

"Mm, go in and talk to him." After saying that, Mom went into the kitchen.

Seeing Mom go into the kitchen, I went into my room as well—and sure enough, the damned Liu Xi was still playing some game.
