"What time is it now, still asleep? You and your girlfriend couldn't still be asleep, could you?" I said jokingly.

"Nonsense, I did go home to sleep last night. Then I'll come pick you up now." Ahao also said, still laughing.

"No need, go pick up your girlfriend; we can just meet at the place we agreed on. You coming to pick me up—what would that look like? If your girlfriend found out, she'd probably be unhappy again." I said, laughing as I refused.

I know, for a man to be rejected by a girl is a very embarrassing thing.

What's more, a man like Ahao.

Moreover, I would never let him come pick me up and leave his girlfriend behind; that would be too unfair.
