2227. Chapter 2227: Shangguan Yun's Childhood 15

I really can't fathom how there could be such heartless parents in the world.

"Shangguan Qu, is it that your mother has some difficulties?" I absolutely couldn't believe that Shangguan Yun's mother would be so heartless—doesn't everyone say a woman's heart is the softest?

Why is Shangguan Yun's mother's heart so hard, so heartless?

So I think Shangguan Yun's mother must have some difficulties.

Otherwise, no one could do such a cruel thing; after all, it's one's own child, so lively and lovable—who could bear to abandon them?

Everyone says a parent's heart is pitiful; could it be that Shangguan Yun's mother truly feels no pity for him, doesn't miss him at all?

Shangguan Yun didn't speak, just lowered his head slightly.

Then I said again: "Shangguan Yun, that must be the case—your mother definitely has some difficulties; otherwise, who could be so heartless? Do you agree?"

No matter what circumstances Shangguan Yun's mother is in, I only hope my words can give him a little comfort.

I believe Shangguan Yun still longs very much for his mother's concern and that belated maternal love.

Although I also know that Shangguan Yun now hates his mother to the core, he also still loves her.

After all, they are his own parents.

Shangguan Yun didn't say anything, just smiled at me.

I know I can understand; Shangguan Yun doesn't want to pretend in front of me, so he just smiled.

Because he also knows that as long as he shows this expression in front of me, I will understand what he's thinking.

"Then later, how did you find out?" I asked again.

I really want to know what Shangguan Yun's reaction was when he learned the truth; I imagine he must have been in great pain.
