2278. Chapter 2278 Meeting Shangguan Yun's Mother 6

"Don't worry, in the future I will definitely make you happy, and besides, Gu Han Yu is an only child. Her father's company will surely be hers later, so my mother wants me to be with Gu Han Yu, get married, then that company would also be mine. But she doesn't understand; what I want isn't these things, I just want her care and concern for me. But she doesn't comprehend, she can't do that." Shangguan Yun said sadly at the end.

"Shangguan Yun, she will understand, actually, you can think from her perspective, right? Actually, everything she does is for you, it's all for your own good, isn't it? I believe everything she does is also for you, definitely like that, it couldn't be for Gu Han Yu." I said sincerely.

I said this not to comfort Shangguan Yun; actually, everything Shangguan Yun's mother did was also for Shangguan Yun's sake.

His mother wants Shangguan Yun to have a career, better living conditions.

But his mother doesn't understand what Shangguan Yun wants; she doesn't know, Shangguan Yun just wants simple maternal love, not these material things.

"Maybe, but the way she loves me is completely not what I want, and if she really cared for me, she shouldn't force me to do things I dislike. Moreover, she shouldn't force me to be with someone I dislike." Shangguan Yun said with a sigh.

"But after all, she loves you, doesn't she?" I said, smiling to comfort him.

"But this kind of love, do you consider it love? Maybe she's just doing it for herself, maybe she just wants to transfer that company into my name. In that case, she would have glory on her face, right?" Shangguan Yun said, getting a bit angry when he said this.

"Shangguan Yun..." I said, not quite understanding.

"Besides, you don't know, that company, she also has shares in it; she just doesn't want that company to fall into others' hands, or rather, she's just using me as a tool, a tool for business exploitation." Shangguan Yun said, very indignant.
