He certainly knows that too, and yet he says it like that—it would be strange if he didn't look down on me.

"Don't worry, I'll send you home first, and besides, I'll take care of that matter for Aunt; then I can send you home, right? But you have to promise me that you'll let me send you home tonight, and it's only because of me that you can get home early. My request is so simple, you should agree to me." Zhu Liang looked at me saying that, and he also had an expectant look.

"Okay, I promise you." Anyway, I went out with him this time and nothing happened; if he sends me home, what could happen?

"I'll make a phone call first." After saying that, Zhu Liang took out his phone and made a call, saying some things I didn't understand, but I got the general meaning: he wanted his father and Shangguan Yun's mother to sign that contract as soon as possible.

He only said a few sentences, then quickly hung up the phone.

After hanging up, Zhu Liang said to me: "All right, everything's settled; you've already helped Aunt get the contract, and as long as I send you back, you'll be free."

"Really?" I looked at Zhu Liang, feeling happy and excited yet somewhat disbelieving, and asked.

"Don't worry." Zhu Liang looked at me with a smile and said.

Actually, whether it's true or not, I'll know soon enough; there's no point in doubting or guessing.

"Then let's go now." I looked at Zhu Liang, saying it somewhat reluctantly.

"Yeah, let's go now. I'll follow your lead—whatever you say goes." And so we two got back in the car and left.

When we arrived at the original place, it was very lively, very lively, and there seemed to be even more people inside than before.

As soon as we two entered, we ran into Shangguan Yun and Gu Han Yu.

I was somewhat stunned; why would Shangguan Yun be together with Gu Han Yu?

And we two had just come back from outside.
