2612. Chapter 2612 Believe That After the Rain There Will Always Be a Rainbow 8

"Or are you saying that when we are at Xuexiao, when we meet, we shouldn't greet each other or speak, and that's what counts as not being together?" Shangguan Yun said, and then immediately added.

As a result, Lao Ma was left speechless by Shangguan Yun's words.

"Auntie, since Xuanxuan is already mine now, why won't you let us be together? Since things have already happened, and I can truly guarantee that in the future I won't touch Xuanxuan again. Don't you even allow Xuanxuan to interact with the opposite sex?" Shangguan Yun saw Lao Ma hadn't spoken, and taking this opportunity, he continued to persuade earnestly.

Perhaps Lao Ma felt Shangguan Yun made sense, or perhaps she simply didn't know how to rebut his words.

Since it's already been cooked into rice, what else is there to say?

"Auntie, do you think what I'm saying is right? If you think Xuanxuan is too young to be with me and would be laughed at, we can keep our relationship private, but at Xuexiao this is also quite normal. If you think Xuanxuan would be without name or status by following me, I could first get engaged to Xuanxuan—this is up to you to decide. As long as you let Xuanxuan be with me, that's fine; I have no other demands. Moreover, I can guarantee that when Xuanxuan gets engaged to me, I will surely make her shine gloriously." Shangguan Yun saw Lao Ma still silent, and looking at her, he continued.

"I can handle everything else, but I'm not yet of legal age, so I can't marry—that's beyond my control." Shangguan Yun said somewhat dimly.

I've heard Shangguan Yun mention before that he hates himself for being so young; if he reached the legal age, he could get married.

But he never considered that even if he were now of legal age, I still wouldn't be, so I still couldn't marry.
