2869. Chapter 2869: Wanting Everyone Around Me to Be Happy 61

Although I no longer think that Shangguan Yun can forgive his mother, I still hope that Shangguan Yun's mother will come to attend our engagement ceremony.

While eating dinner at night, Dad asked: "By the way, A Yun, will your mother come at that time?"

Oh heavens...

The one who gave birth to me is Old Ma, the one who knows me is Old Dad...

I loudly cheered in my heart, Long live Dad, long live Dad, long live Dad, long long live Dad...

"She won't come." As a result, Shangguan Yun said bluntly.

"Why? Doesn't she have time?" Dad continued to ask.

"Um... actually..." Shangguan Yun hadn't spoken yet, I seized the opportunity and hurriedly said: "No, it's not that; it's Shangguan Yun who doesn't allow his mother to come."

When I finished speaking, Shangguan Yun glanced at me, as if saying that I was meddling.

"It's only natural, why are you glaring at me? I also hope his mother can come. But Shangguan Yun just won't allow it." I said angrily.

"A Yun, although I also know a little about your situation with your mother, but no matter what, she is still your mother. However you say it, you're engaged, she should come. If you have a mother, if you don't have a mother there's no way. Listen to Uncle's words, let her come, okay? You don't think for yourself, but also think for Xuanxuan?" Old Ma looked seriously at Shangguan Yun and said.

"Yes, A Yun, this is your family's affair, we can't interfere, but we still hope that when you get engaged, we can let your mother come to attend." At this moment, Old Ma also said.

Shangguan Yun thought for a moment, then said: "Since you all say that, then let her come. But I cannot guarantee whether she is willing to come or not."

"Tch, Auntie would love that." I said proudly.

As a result, they glanced at me and then said nothing else.
