3554. Chapter 3554 Side Story University Life: The Lies of the Gathering 18

"Who said that? I definitely will go...... Why wouldn't I go? If I can go, I will definitely go; I'll go see what kind of people my wife's classmates really are." Shangguan Yun spoke righteously, and hearing his words, I knew he was being sincere.

"Gee, what kind of people could there be? Just those people, I still don't know who they are......" I said dismissively.

"Hehe...... I'm better at reading people than you...... Anyway, how about it—should we go, or should I join you for a meal?" Shangguan Yun looked at me and asked.

"What do you say? Do you want me to go, or do you want me to accompany you for a meal?" I asked Shangguan Yun deliberately.

"I want you to accompany me for a meal—eating alone doesn't feel good." Shangguan Yun said with a sad expression.

"Then I'll accompany you...... After all, you're important, hehe......" I said with a grin.

Shangguan Yun lifted one hand, tightly gripping mine, and said: "Good wife%......"

"That's a must!" I replied with a grin.

"By the way, who's been calling you to urge you on? They seem quite concerned about you." Shangguan Yun seemed to have noticed something, which made me feel uneasy again.

"A classmate, a male classmate—what's up?" I asked Shangguan Yun, feigning calm.

"Nothing, he's just quite concerned about you...... A male classmate is concerned about my wife, so I'm asking what's up." Shangguan Yun said righteously.

But, what he said is also correct.

"Nothing...... What's wrong? Are you jealous?" I asked smugly.

"What jealousy? I'm confident in myself—I wouldn't be jealous." Shangguan Yun said disdainfully.

"All right, no jealousy......" I still smiled.

"How about this: if you have time another day, let's invite him out and meet?" Shangguan Yun continued speaking to me in his usual offhand manner.

"No...... I don't like him......" I quickly refused.

"Why not? I actually want to see what kind of person he is! Let's invite him. That's settled." Shangguan Yun decided just like that.
