607. Chapter 607: Infinitely Romantic 8

"Haha, Xuanxuan, I didn't expect you to be so eager to marry me already; if you wanted to, you should have said so earlier—I'll have my mom come to your house to propose, we can get engaged first, and we can even take wedding photos during the engagement." Shangguan Yun was clearly just teasing.

It lacked any romance or charm—really, it embarrassed me to death, and you shouted so loudly; I really shouldn't have said something like that.

I pushed Shangguan Yun away and said angrily, "How could you be like that?"

Now I really am in the wrong.

"What's wrong with me? I'm stating the facts, okay? If you really want to marry me, I'll bring you home sooner; besides, I also want to be with you every day, hold you while we sleep, and still want to... " Shangguan Yun said, holding my hand, though he was somewhat tactful, and he whispered the last part.

"Xuanxuan, do you really want to get married?" Huiqing also smiled and walked over to ask me.

Seeing them teasing me, I got angry—why is it always me being teased?

"You guys are going too far, I'm ignoring you, annoying, especially you." I pointed at Shangguan Yun and said, then walked ahead on my own without waiting for them; I knew that if I went forward, they would naturally follow.

Shangguan Yun caught up, grabbed my hand, and said, "What's up, are you angry?"

"I can't be bothered to get angry at you, but why do you always embarrass me in front of everyone? You care about face—don't I care about face too?" I said sullenly.

"I'm not denying you face at all—we're just joking; we're such good friends, what's the harm in a little joking? And you know we can't get married right now, but if we could, I'd also like that." Shangguan Yun said, holding my hand.

"You're just trying to tease and bully me—you said, why did you shout so loudly just now, as if you were afraid they wouldn't hear?" I still felt resentful inside.
