When I handed the water to Shangguan Yun, he smiled and said, "My hand is a bit numb; will you give me a drink?"

"I'm not impatient; I just feel sorry for your hand—it must be awful. How about this: I'll go outside and buy you a hand warmer; then your hand won't be so icy." I thought of this good idea.

But Shangguan Yun laughed and said, "No need; your hand is warmer than any hand warmer. I just need your hand." He said, pulling me close.
