895. Chapter 895 Warm Heart 20

It shouldn't be; if something like that really happened I would definitely know, but I'm still asleep, so nothing happened.

If Mom really found out, maybe even I would be grabbed by her and thrown out.

I'm probably overthinking; Mom seems still in the kitchen, there's movement in the kitchen.

So I ran to the kitchen, and sure enough Mom was still cooking; today it's abundant, she's been cooking all afternoon.

"Mom, where are Liu Xi and Shangguan Yun?" I asked.

"I told Liu Xi to go out and buy some drinks, A Yun also said he'd go together; right, do A Yun and Liu Xi know each other?" Mom asked.

I nod and say: "Hmm, they seem to know each other, but I don't know how they met; you should ask Liu Xi." I said, pretending to be clueless.

"Oh, I remember now; before, a while ago, there was a time when A Yun even came to our house and stayed overnight, sleeping in Liu Xi's room." Mom said, suddenly realizing.

"Oh, really? I forgot." I continued pretending to be clueless.

But this time pretending didn't work well; my classmate came to my house, yet I said I forgot.

Trembling with fear, I looked at Mom, who while stir-frying said: "You little girl, you don't even remember your own classmate?"

"Mom, I wasn't that close with him before. He came over, forgetting is possible; but after you said that, I remember. Besides, he's not an important person, forgetting is normal." I said with a grin, hoping to get away with it; otherwise, if Mom discovers something, trouble would be big.

"That's true; didn't you sleep last night? You came back and slept again, while A Yun was in your room and you slept too. Girl, why don't you care about your appearance at all?" Mom turned to look at me this time.

"Shangguan Yun and Liu Xi are playing computer games; what does my sleeping have to do with that? Besides, I'm sleeping clothed, and Liu Xi is still in the room. I haven't taken off my clothes. Really, I'm going to wash my face." Having said that, I ran away like escaping.
