Division of Cultivation Realms

Each realm is divided into three stages—early, middle, and late; each stage also has an advanced Small Perfection.

Qi Refining: Lifespan of about 150 years; the primordial spirit appears in a gaseous state; a sea of Qi appears in the dantian; by utilizing spiritual roots to absorb the spiritual energy of heaven and earth, one cleanses the marrow and cuts the meridians until the gaseous state liquefies into Small Perfection, allowing one to advance to the Foundation Establishment Stage.

Foundation Establishment: Lifespan of about 250 years; the primordial spirit is in a liquid state; the sea of Qi in the dantian consists of liquid spiritual power.

Core Formation: Lifespan of about 600 years; the primordial spirit appears as a golden core body; one can control treasures to fly. The spiritual power in the dantian sea of Qi condenses into a golden core body.

Nascent Soul: Lifespan of about 1200 years; the primordial spirit undergoes Breaking the Core and Forming the Infant. One can seize the Dao Body of a cultivator weaker than oneself, with only one chance; if the Dao Body is incompatible, one will undergo disintegration on the spot, and the soul will dissipate.

Soul Formation: Lifespan of about 2400 years; the Nascent Soul can leave the body to cultivate and perceive the laws of heaven and earth.

Void Refinement: Lifespan of about 4000 years; the Dao Body can manifest a void body; the void body's strength is one-half of the original body, and one has a certain perception of the rules of heaven and earth.

Integration: Lifespan of about 【blank】 years; one can use the rules of heaven and earth, and the void body's strength is equal to the original body.

Dasheng: Lifespan of about 【blank】 years; the Dao Body and primordial spirit approach immortality; the Nascent Soul appears as pale golden semi-immortal power; when the immortal tribulation arrives, passing it allows one to ascend to the Xianjie.
