Chapter 23

The construction site is currently under intense investigation.

The forensic doctor's work won't be finished for a while.

As the discoverer, Fang Yang definitely has to cooperate with the police investigation, so he can only wait boredly on the excavator.

After a while, two more police cars came over.

Several police officers walked out of them.

One of the men looked like a long-time senior police officer.

With his arrival, Captain Wang and the others immediately greeted: "Director Chen!"

The director walked over in a hurry, looked at the crime scene, and was very displeased: "What are you guys doing? Such a thing happened right under our noses, so many people died, and you didn't receive any reports of missing persons from their families?"

Captain Wang braced himself and replied: "Director, we really didn't receive any reports from families!"

"I don't care. It's already gone crazy online. No one is allowed to rest well until this case is solved!"

Just as he was spitting everywhere, another black business sedan came into the construction site.

Then, a middle-aged man in a white shirt with a leader's demeanor walked over accompanied by a group of people.

Fang Yang clicked his tongue in wonder; this person's presence was much greater than the director's.

Sure enough, as he approached.

The director quickly walked over and greeted with a smile: "Secretary Jiang, why are you here!"

"I can't come? If I don't come, I'm afraid I won't even know how I died."

"What's wrong with you? Do you not want to work anymore?"

"How much funding does the city give your branch every year? Don't you have any idea? Last time you said you were doing some Sky Eye project, and what happened? So many people died and you only found out now!"

"Before I came, the leaders in Kyoto called me personally to ask about the situation. This case has already attracted national attention. Our Xihai City has been pushed in front of the people of the whole country this time. If it's not handled well, you know the consequences better than I do!"

"I'll give you one week. I hope you can give me a satisfactory answer. If the case isn't solved in a week, I'll replace you!"

Director Chen was scolded bloody and kept nodding and smiling: "Yes, yes, yes, it's my negligence, I guarantee to complete the task!"

——【Holy crap, someone told me they were livestreaming and I didn't believe it. Even the Mayor has come out.】

——【Awesome, the leader's words are tough. Support! Solve the case as soon as possible and return the society to a clean state.】

——【It makes my blood boil. What does this streamer do? Is he that awesome?】

——【This streamer looks familiar. Wasn't it him who dug up the dummy in the morning?】

——【Not only dug up the dummy, dug up the cable, dug up the optical cable, dug up the python, dug up the dummy, dug up the corpse, dug up the skeletons, it was all him!】

——【With this technology, why drive an excavator? Wouldn't it be more profitable to be a grave robber?】

After the Mayor finished speaking, he took a look at the crime scene and left.

Leaving only the livid director, who turned to Captain Wang and said in a deep tone: "Don't blame me for scolding you guys usually. You heard it too. I was scolded much worse than you guys. Release an announcement immediately. For this case, as long as you can provide useful clues, reward 10,000. Provide important clues, reward 50,000. If you can help catch the real murderer, reward 100,000 directly!"

(Seeking data!).

19. Clues to solve the case, believe it or not, I can solve the case?

The atmosphere at the scene was extremely awkward, and Captain Wang and the others nodded one after another.

Director Chen knew that his presence here affected the atmosphere, so he drove away directly.

Originally, this matter was just a bystander for Fang Yang.

But when he heard there was a prize, his eyes lit up.

He could provide information, and earning 10,000 yuan just by opening his mouth, thinking about it felt great!

It's just that how to provide it became a problem. He couldn't just say it directly.

Then people would really suspect he was the murderer.

Looking at Captain Wang, who was silent and serious, Fang Yang leaned over and said: "Captain Wang, any leads?"

Captain Wang turned his head and saw it was Fang Yang, his expression relaxed a little: "Just had someone investigate the nearby surveillance. The closest one is over a kilometer away. There are no substantial clues at all. It's difficult!!"

If someone else asked, he definitely wouldn't reply.

After all, it's related to the case.

But Fang Yang is different. On one hand, he is the discoverer, and on the other hand, he has indeed provided a lot of help. Of course, appreciation is also one of them.

Fang Yang asked curiously: "Captain Wang, I heard you chatting just now, has no one reported the missing persons?"

"Yes! That's also the reason why we only found out now."

"Then have you thought about why not?"

"Hmm?" Captain Wang suddenly found that Fang Yang's words were a bit strange, as if there was something behind his words: "Do you know something?"

Fang Yang grinned: "Hehe~~ it's not really anything.... Have you thought about it, if these deceased are all sex workers, then it makes sense!"

Captain Wang shook his head in confusion: "Don't understand!"

"Think about it... do people who are sex workers usually work in their own hometown?"

"Probably not!"

"Right... she also wants face. If she's discovered by acquaintances, how embarrassing would that be? So most sex workers are from out of town. Then think about it, if a sex worker leaves a service place, do they dare to report it?"

Captain Wang heard this, his expression shocked, as if he had grasped some clues.

"Xiao Fang, tell your brother quickly what you want to say. There will be no shortage of benefits for you!"

Fang Yang blinked and said sincerely: "I don't care that much about money. I mainly want to help these poor people find justice."

Captain Wang's lips moved, almost suffocating him.

Clearly he wanted the prize, yet he said it so grandiosely.

"Fine, fine, let's just say it's for this. Can you say it now?"

"Ahem~~ some of these people have been dead for a long time. I don't believe their families wouldn't look for them. So if there are no reports in our Xihai City, you can check nationwide. Control the age of women between 22 and 30, and you should be able to find some clues."

Captain Wang thought about it and slapped his thigh.

"Right! What you said makes sense! With so many people, there must be reports! We can always find some clues. Your brain turns fast. I'll have them check it now!"

【Popularity】 +1+1+1+1....

——【Show-off, this logic is flawless. Don't tell me he can also solve cases!】

——【This case is indeed difficult. There are no clues at all. I can't think of where to start. This can also be considered a rare approach.】

——【Does this count as a clue? Doesn't that mean he can earn 10,000 yuan? It shouldn't count, otherwise this money is too easy to earn.】

——【We have a red-light district here, all from out of town, none are local. The locals have all gone out of town to work.】

——【According to him, they are all sex workers. This is too bizarre. Could it be that human traffickers caught them and forced them to sell, and beat them to death if they didn't listen?】

——【Impossible! If they were beaten to death, how could they all be hammered to death by blunt objects.】

Fang Yang kept organizing his thoughts in his mind.

The information he currently has is also very limited. His only advantage is that he knows the names of the deceased.

The other forensic doctors will be able to check it out in a while.

How to use the names to find the murderer is the most important problem now!

If the police can organize the photos of missing persons as soon as possible, he can compare the information of the deceased.

This way, he can find the activity trajectory of the deceased before death as quickly as possible!

Then find out the people who were in contact with her and the surveillance at that time, and the truth won't be far away!

It's a pity that he is not a police officer. Even if the police find useful information, they might not tell him.

Sigh~~

Fang Yang couldn't help but sigh.

The cameraman stood by and watched for a long time without speaking.

"Brother, I see you've been thinking about things. Don't tell me you want to solve the case?"

"What's wrong? Can't I?"

"No... things the police can't handle, why are we joining in the fun." ===== CHAPTER 24 =====
