"Put it down!" Lin Fang’s irritated voice suddenly came from beside her.

"The old man said that everything here was given to me, so don’t blame me for being rude if you keep stealing my things." After speaking, Lin Fang walked over to Feng Jiu, snatched the black bowl from her hands.

He held it up in the air and examined it, yet he couldn’t find anything special about the bowl.

"What’s so good about this thing?" Lin Fang asked curiously. He couldn’t figure out the mystery of the bowl, but judging by Feng Jiu’s earlier expression, this bowl was definitely a treasure.

"It’s just an ordinary bowl, what’s so good about it?" Feng Jiu said dismissively, as if the black bowl really was nothing special.

But Lin Fang scoffed, "An ordinary bowl, how can you lie through your teeth like this? If it truly was ordinary, why would he have kept it here?"

To know that there wasn’t a single ordinary item in this attic, it was clear that Feng Jiu was just trying to evade giving up the treasure.

Having said that, he quickly stowed the small bowl into his bosom. How could something coveted by a being who once was the Demon Emperor be mundane? Although he couldn’t understand it now, it didn’t mean he wouldn’t in the future; best to hide it away for the time being.

Seeing this, Feng Jiu rolled her eyes prettily and sweetly said, "What a stingy man, don’t you know how to give a girl some treasures to please her?"

Upon hearing this, Lin Fang looked at Feng Jiu in surprise, examining her up and down before slowly saying, "Who is a girl?"

Feng Jiu pointed to her own nose with her pale finger, "Am I not a girl?"

The thought of this being a girl who had lived for countless years made Lin Fang shiver involuntarily, but he dared not voice this, lest he be beaten to death by Feng Jiu. After all, no matter how long a woman had lived, she was still a woman, and some things could not be changed, even by the passage of time.

Thinking this, Lin Fang quickly changed the subject, "Considering the size of this attic, I think it’s better to move it into my Treasure Space."

Feng Jiu thought this was a good idea. She had always been curious about Lin Fang’s Treasure Space, but he had been cautious and never taken her there.

Now, Lin Fang had no choice but to agree. With Feng Jiu’s strength, if she truly wanted to go to the Treasure Space, she probably wouldn’t need an invitation, after all, Lin Fang had witnessed the strength of the Demon Emperor himself.

Lin Fang summoned the Glazed Pagoda, and with a mere thought, the whole attic began to shake violently. Mysterious runes lit up around it, preventing the Pagoda from absorbing the attic.

Luckily, the elder had transferred the ownership of the attic to Lin Fang before leaving, so with a simple gesture from Lin Fang, the runes around the attic immediately dimmed and, at the same time, a great suction force swept over, pulling the entire attic into the Treasure Space.

The people inside the space looked up in astonishment, only to see a beautifully crafted attic descending from the sky, landing smack in the middle of the courtyard.

"Wow! What’s this?"

"It looks like an attic!"

"So beautiful!"

The youngsters were captivated by the delicate attic the moment they saw it, rushing to the entrance to examine the building that had been moved in from the outside.

However, just as they were about to rush in to take a look, runes flared up around them, and a powerful force instantly sent them flying, tumbling across the ground before coming to a stop.

"It’s a barrier, so strong!" Bashan Tiger rubbed his sore butt, mumbling to himself.

He had seen barriers before, but one as powerful as the one before him was a first in his life.

By this time, the White Dragon had also arrived in front of the attic, looking at this exquisitely constructed attic, his expression was extremely grave.

"Do not rashly intrude upon this attic, its owner must be an unparalleled powerhouse who once roamed the Three Realms. The barriers around here are incredibly strong, had it not been for the absence of malicious intent from you, the mere attack just now would’ve been enough to reduce you all to ashes,"

the White Dragon’s commanding voice rang in the ears of the few youngsters; they knew that it was rare for the White Dragon to issue such a caution.

One could imagine how formidable the attic in front of them was.

The young ones quickly nodded in agreement, planning to wait for their master to arrive before proceeding.

"I sensed a terrifying power within this attic, and I have no idea who its owner might be, or why it came into the adult’s possession," the Tiger King spoke softly from the side.

After his bloodline had awakened, he had grown much more sensitive to presences, thus he could feel things that others could not.

Little Feng, who was to the side, also had a serious expression on his face, staring quietly at the attic. He sniffed a few times and muttered to himself, "Why does the scent here feel so familiar? Could there be some memories about it within my bloodline?"

Although he had spent a long time practicing cultivation, he had managed to grasp only some of the strength and knowledge in his bloodline; the sheer magnitude meant that he had not yet fully mastered them.

As they were conversing, Lin Fang, accompanied by Feng Jiu, slowly appeared at the attic.

Upon seeing Feng Jiu, everyone showed a look of surprise, not knowing when such a stunning beauty had joined Lin Fang’s side.

The two of them seemed rather intimate.

Only the White Dragon and Little Feng’s expressions changed subtly; although Feng Jiu was suppressing her power, the unprecedented feeling of fear transmitted through their bloodlines was palpable to them.

Lin Fang looked at everyone and then softly introduced Feng Jiu, "This is Feng Jiu!"

"What!" The crowd exclaimed in shock. Although Feng Jiu had never been seen there before, everyone present knew that Lin Fang used to be accompanied by a young girl named Feng Jiu. But how had the girl transformed into such a great beauty in just a few days?

"You’re Feng Jiu?" You Lan scrutinized the gorgeous woman before her, eventually finding some resemblance to the young girl she once knew.

Feng Jiu smiled and tousled You Lan’s hair, then said with a laugh, "Yes, I am Feng Jiu!"

"How have you grown so much?" You Lan looked at the now-adult Feng Jiu, a hint of envy in her eyes. She also longed to grow up quickly. When that time came, she would be able to help her master fight the bad guys.

However, Feng Jiu just smiled and said, "I don’t really like growing up, but there are things in this world that are just so unavoidable."

But the White Dragon was staring intensely at Feng Jiu’s face, his bloodline quivering. To him, the woman with the blossoming smile appeared like a fierce beast in muddy waters; just the faintest hint of her aura was enough to send shivers through his body.

"Who exactly are you?" the White Dragon asked, suppressing the fear in his heart.

Feng Jiu pointed to her own nose and said, "Me?"

"I am Feng Jiu, of course. But I have another name as well, Demon Emperor!"

With those words uttered, there followed a revelation as shocking as thunder.
