Chapter 458

The current Fourth Raikage is still in the growth stage, which is what is commonly called the "young and vigorous" stage.

The action of personally visiting Kirigakure this time may determine how he views the relationship with Kirigakure in the future.

And under the long-term martial ideology of Kumogakure, to cooperate with Kumogakure for a long time, one must prove one's own martial power.

One-sided gentle persuasion is undesirable, as this will only make Kumogakure and the young Fourth Raikage feel that Kirigakure is weak and easy to bully.

And under Kumogakure's "admiration for the strong," showing martial power is the best way to consolidate the alliance with Kumogakure!

Just take this opportunity to let the future Fourth Raikage see the strength of Kirigakure and use this to deter the other party. ===== CHAPTER 460 =====
