Chapter 94: Someone from Jinyang, good news coming?

Duan Yu followed the sound and looked toward the gate of the courtyard.

He saw Tie Shitou leading the three village elders walking toward the courtyard.

Duan Yu quickly put down the precious carved bow and took the clothes hanging on the weapon rack to put them on.

"Elders."

Duan Yu came before the three village elders and bowed in greeting.

"Ziyi, coming to find you today is another good thing." The three elders had smiles on their faces.

"A good thing?"

Duan Yu raised an eyebrow.

Tie Shitou was listening curiously from the side.

The elders stroked their gray beards, nodded with a smile, and said, "It is indeed a great good thing."

"You see, a few days ago, we reported your succession to the position of Patrol Officer to Jinyang County."

"The Jinyang County Magistrate heard that Ziyi is so brave and has the ability to shoot tigers, and immediately praised you highly, saying that if there is an opportunity in the future, he must promote young and promising heroes like Ziyi."

"And so, the County Magistrate just sent the County Thief-Catcher here, saying that there is a good job that needs a brave person like Ziyi."

As the elders spoke, they stepped aside. ===== CHAPTER 96 =====
