Chapter 588

……

The news of Gu Yi dispatching troops was not deliberately hidden.

Therefore.

Except for Zhang He, Zhang Xiu, Budugen, and others who were fighting fiercely on the Jiuyuan battlefield, the remaining warlords such as Yuan Shao, Huchuquan, Tatedun, and Zhang Yan all received the news.

Thinking of the fear of being dominated by Gu Yi.

Yuan Shao had to change his original combat plan.

Originally, Yuan Shao did not formulate a location for the alliance of all parties.

That is to say, Yuan Shao originally intended for everyone to fight their own battles to disperse Gu Yi's forces.

But now.

Once he heard the news that Gu Yi had dispatched a full two hundred and fifty thousand troops, as well as sixty thousand vanguard troops marching north, how could Yuan Shao dare to continue dividing his troops?

He hurriedly dispatched messengers to send letters to Huchuquan, Tatedun, Zhang Yan, and others at the fastest speed.

The general meaning was that he hoped everyone would unite their forces in one place quickly and not fight their own battles.

After receiving the letters, Tatedun and Zhang Yan quickly gave Yuan Shao a reply.

The three parties set the alliance location at Julu Commandery on the border of Jizhou.

After the alliance, they would then head to Jiuyuan Commandery in Bingzhou to support Budugen.

But the arrogant Huchuquan chose to attack Yanmen Commandery in northern Bingzhou on his own.

When the news was sent back, it made Yuan Shao almost explode with rage.

In his view, this blockhead Huchuquan simply had his brain short-circuited!

He hadn't been beaten by Gu Yi, so he didn't know the viciousness of the human heart!

But Yuan Shao was only the nominal leader of the alliance.

The third "Anti-Gu Yi Coalition" he organized was joined by various forces only driven by interests.

Furthermore.

Huchuquan was not a Han person, but a Southern Xiongnu person.

Regarding what Yuan Shao said, how could he truly take it to heart?
