Chapter 207

War is a matter of life and death!

Those over a thousand surrendered soldiers who won't surrender, what are they kept for?

To eat for free?

Might as well exert their final heat!

"Zhongde, although this strategy is good, I'm afraid my army's morale will be scattered!"

Once this move is used, not only will the defending soldiers lose their composure!

Lin Yang was afraid that his side would also lose their composure by then!

"Moreover, I have other things that can replace it!"

Glancing at Li Gang, Lin Yang was not prepared to let Cheng Yu continue!

This kind of strategy was too vicious!

If he really did it!

How would he rule Xuzhou!

This kind of suggestion from a poisonous strategist like Cheng Yu, unless it was a desperate situation, Lin Yang would never use it even if he died!

"Li Gang, prepare!"

Speaking to Li Gang, the latter also nodded, and then led several soldiers, looking at a large vat, and headed toward the catapult!

Such a scene made everyone stunned!

Then they saw the pitch-black liquid in the large vat being dug out and poured into a round jar-like container!

On the lid above the jar, dry grass was also ignited!

"Did the lord put black gunpowder in it?"

Such an appearance made Cheng Yu and Guo Jia think of black gunpowder!

Only!

This cannot control the explosion time, this is useless!

"You'll know in a while!"

Selling a mystery, Lin Yang didn't say anything!

But the next moment, as the catapult was activated, Guo Jia and Cheng Yu were both wide-eyed, looking at this scene in shock!

This!

What is this?

Second year of Chuping, early May, on the walls of Xuzhoucheng

"What exactly is this Lin Ziyuan doing?"

Tao Qian, Chen Gui, Liu Bei, and the others, looking at Guan Yu and Zhao Yun fighting fiercely below, were all confused!

A full month!

Lin Yang's great army was stationed outside the city, sending people to challenge every day!

The gates on both sides were only attacked a few times, and then they directly gave up the siege!

Such a situation made Tao Qian and the others not only not feel at ease, but instead became more and more uneasy!

"Tao Gong, Lin Yang is like this, he definitely has a plot!"

A full month, with the great army surrounding the city, the siege was only a few times, and it was clearly a probe!

If Lin Yang had no plot, it wouldn't make sense at all!

Only!

They were trapped in the city and didn't know what Lin Yang was doing!

"Xuande, tomorrow I will give you ten thousand elite soldiers, do you dare to go before Lin Yang's army and check it out!"

Tao Qian held Liu Bei's hand and spoke earnestly!

That's right!

He wanted to send someone to check, and Liu Bei was the best candidate!

"I dare not refuse Tao Gong's entrustment!"

Liu Bei nodded heavily and agreed!

"Eh, it ended so quickly?"

Just when everyone thought Zhao Yun and the others would fight for one or two hundred rounds, Zhao Yun and the others rode their horses and returned to Lin Yang's army!

Such a scene caught Chen Gui's attention!

The situation was a bit wrong!

Could it be that Lin Yang was about to make a move?

Under the night curtain, outside Xuzhoucheng, in the military camp

"My lord, everything is ready!"

"Good, order the three armies, the great army besieges the city!"
