Chapter 271

Yangzhou, Lujiang Commandery!

"Haha, with Gongjin's help, why worry about the great cause not being accomplished!"

Before Shu County of Lujiang Commandery, looking at the broken city gate of Shu County, Sun Ce's face was full of smiles!

A weak crown boy of about twenty years old beside him was also full of joy!

"Now that Shu County is taken, the lord has completely taken Lujiang Commandery into his pocket!"

Sun Jian spent a long time and finally successfully took down the entire Lujiang Commandery!

In this way!

Of the six commanderies of Yangzhou, Sun Jian had already occupied two!

He can plan for the remaining four commanderies!

"Haha, Gongjin, let's go!"

Getting Zhou Yu's help and successfully taking down Shu County, Sun Ce at this moment was also excitedly pulling Zhou Yu towards Sun Jian's army!

Now that the entire Lujiang Commandery was taken!

And he got a military advisor talent like Zhou Yu!

Sun Ce couldn't wait to recommend Zhou Yu to his father!

Three days later, Xiang'an!

Outside Xiang'an County, Sun Jian's more than forty thousand troops were stationed outside the city!

At this moment, in the County Magistrate's office, Sun Jian, Han Dang, Zu Mao, Zhang Zhao, Sun Ce, Zhou Yu, and others were all here!

The current Sun Jian occupies Yuzhang Commandery and Lujiang Commandery of Yangzhou!

The troops under his command were further expanded!

At the same time, he also got the help of talents from Lujiang Commandery!

Zhang Zhao and Zhou Yu were the talents recruited!

"My lord, although the army has captured Lujiang Commandery, it is not the time to rest!"

Zhou Yu, who was just brought here, looked at Sun Jian above and said!

He was young and vigorous, and now he was showing his edge!

Zhou Yu saw Sun Jian nod, and also continued to explain on the map!

"Now although the lord possesses Yuzhang and Lujiang commanderies, there is Yuan Gonglu in the north, and Danyang Governor Zhou Xin with twenty thousand troops blocking in the east!"

"If the lord does not take this opportunity to capture the remaining three commanderies of Yangzhou, once Yuan Gonglu returns, we will not be able to resist!"

Sun Jian occupies two commanderies, and also has Changsha Commandery in Jingzhou!

But the troops under his command are not many!

Cheng Pu and Huang Gai, who are left in Yuzhang Commandery, have only about fifteen thousand troops!

The army outside Xiang'an County only has about forty-five thousand people!

It seems like a lot!

But it is really not enough!

Yuan Gonglu alone stationed twenty thousand troops in Jiujiang Commandery!

In the Yuzhou in the rear, there are one hundred thousand troops!

Once Yuan Gonglu's eighty thousand troops return to Yangzhou!

Sun Jian will only have a path to defeat and death!

"What Gongjin said is not unreasonable, but this time occupying Lujiang Commandery, if we send troops to attack again, I am afraid it will not be easy!"

Zu Mao below spoke, with some difficulty in his expression!

Sun Jian's army has only forty-five thousand people in total!

If the army attacks 450 again, then Lujiang Commandery needs to send people to guard it!

In this way, the already insufficient troops will be further weakened!

"I naturally know the general's concerns!"

Zhou Yu raised a smile on his face, the young man was heroic, and he also understood Sun Jian's difficulties!

Forty-five thousand troops!

If he wants to split his troops to attack, the troops Sun Jian can mobilize are only about thirty thousand!

With so few troops, if he goes to fight Jiujiang Commandery, he definitely won't be able to take it down!

Going to fight Zhou Xin, who has twenty thousand Danyang elites, is also a fierce battle!

"The lord's troops are few, if we fight Jiujiang and Danyang commanderies, we will inevitably fall into a bitter battle!"

Pointing to Jiujiang and Danyang commanderies on the map, Zhou Yu's gaze bypassed these two commanderies directly!

"What we want to fight is not these two places, but Kuaiji Commandery and Wu Commandery!"

That's right!

With more than thirty thousand troops, it is not enough to fight Jiujiang or Danyang!
