An apology, and an explanation for the unstable update schedule this week.

Since the beginning of this week, updates have been quite unstable, and I haven't even finished the ten-chapter burst update for the Alliance Leader, reader "Wenzhu Xintiao".

Here, Zhanliejian i truly needs to apologize to everyone; the owed chapters and the burst updates will all be fulfilled, but I still need to briefly explain the reason.

In mid-May, my father passed away, and my mother was hit quite hard by this as well; now, many of the funeral arrangements need to be handled by me, a son who was previously well-protected.

I am learning slowly and finding it very strenuous to handle, and from May until now, I have only managed to deal with some of it, but overall, normal life is recovering bit by bit.

We have a custom here called "rushing the hundred days," which means that after a close relative passes away, it is best for unmarried children to get married within one hundred days, as this is considered auspicious, whereas getting married within three years after that is considered inauspicious.

I don't believe in this, but my younger sister and some of the elders in the family do, so after discussing it, they decided to have my younger sister marry her boyfriend at the end of July.

Because everything happened so suddenly, many things piled up together, and I have basically been dealing with these matters all week; fortunately, most of it is done now, and only minor things remain, so I should be able to return to a stable update schedule next week, though I may still be busy for a few days at the end of the month.
