Apart from bullshit things like PC, tax evasion, tearing each other apart, and divorce, very few stars' Weibo posts can attract the attention of all netizens and the entire entertainment industry.

You Mingyue did it!

At this very moment.

When they launched two new projects in a row, the internet was instantly shocked.

"Holy shit! Holy shit! Holy shit!"

"Am I not seeing things?"

"One TV series, one film? What kind of good day is it today?"

"I was originally still angry at my girlfriend for cheating on me, but this moment, I'm instantly refreshed!"

"High production like a mother pig!"

"Are they this much of a workaholic? Sect Leader young ladies, blink if you've been kidnapped!"

"The new drama is actually a Wuxia drama; haven't Wuxia dramas long been eliminated? Except for those Wuxia novels written by Xiangjiang writers in the old days, no one is filming new Wuxia dramas now; Gu King young lady is so bold, aren't you afraid of flipping over?"

"More than that, looking at the drama title, it's also a Wuxia drama with a big female lead... my god, they are truly brave!"

"Whatever, as a loyal drama fan of You Mingyue, as long as the TV series airs, I'll watch it!"

"Ten thousand people blood-petition for You Mingyue to wear black silk in the Wuxia drama!!!"

"..."

"You motherfucker, you really are a talent!"

"I have no feeling for Wuxia dramas; current Wuxia dramas are just stir-frying cold leftovers, repeating the same thing over and over. Instead, I'm curious about 'Resident Evil'; although I can't tell anything from the film title, suspense, action, thriller... my god, this seems to be a commercial film!"

"Action film! Hehe! I'm excited!"

"Can you even drive on this broken road?"

"..."

Under You Mingyue's Weibo, netizens were discussing it heatedly.

What was even more shocking was actually the industry.

In the television circle, countless industry insiders looked at each other in dismay.

"Their new drama is actually Wuxia!!!!!!" Countless people exclaimed, extremely shocked.

After the finale of "Xian Three," everyone actually guessed what You Mingyue's new drama would be.

Some said it would be Xianxia, after all, this is their strong suit, and every one they film becomes popular.

Others said they would film tomb raiding, after all, they are the authors of "Ghost Blows Out the Light," and the novel copyrights are in their hands.

The currently popular tomb-raiding genre was pioneered by them.

Sitting on such a huge gold mine, it's impossible for this pair of twins not to dig.

But never did they expect that You Mingyue would actually film a Wuxia drama this time!

You have to know, Wuxia dramas in Huaxia are not easy to film now.

If Xianxia is a big pit, then Wuxia is an extra-large pit within a big pit!

In the past life on Earth, the film and television circle filmed Wuxia novels like "Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils," "The Return of the Condor Heroes," "The Smiling, Proud Wanderer," "The Legend of the Condor Heroes," "The Smiling, Proud Wanderer," "The Deer and the Cauldron," etc., over and over again.

Ultimately, it is because Wuxia novels have declined.

Only these works have influence among the audience, have an audience base, and can evoke people's memories; as long as they aren't filmed too poorly, the ratings won't be bad, and there's no worry about not being able to sell them after filming.

Blue Star Huaxia is the same, with dozens of Wuxia dramas being filmed over and over again.

But You Mingyue... they are actually going to film an original Wuxia!!!

At this moment, a certain industry group was extremely lively.

"This is more than just bold; it's simply daring to defy the heavens!"

"They even dare to promote such a niche subject matter as original Wuxia??"

"Don't understand!!"

"This is completely floating! Do they really think they can make every one popular?"

"Still too young, success came too easily, haven't suffered any losses."

"Waiting to see You Mingyue flip over!"

"..."

Logically speaking, You Mingyue filmed two explosive Xianxia dramas, so industry insiders shouldn't be so pessimistic about them.

But when it comes to Wuxia... even dogs shake their heads at this.

The group unanimously agreed that this would be You Mingyue's work that flips over.

With their screenwriting skills, the possibility of it being a bad film is not high, but the ratings will definitely not be high, which is determined by the current market.

Audiences who are used to fantasy dramas and Xianxia dramas have long had their appetites spoiled.

Other dramas have people flying and moving mountains, so who would come to watch your Wuxia drama with people slowly riding horses?

Even the light-body techniques in Wuxia dramas can't compare to the flying around in Xianxia dramas.

And the costumes, makeup, and props of Wuxia dramas can't compare to those in Xianxia or fantasy dramas either.

Industry insiders really don't understand how, with the shrewdness of that pair of twins, they could do such a stupid thing.

Yes.

We can see it, you want to promote the newcomers in the studio.

But, isn't it good to use the Xianxia dramas you are best at?

You can promote people just the same!

And in the film circle, everyone's attention was placed on "Resident Evil."

"It should be a commercial film!"

"Fierce as hell! Launching a TV series and a film at the same time!"

"Are they trying to roll the film and television circle crazy? Who gave them such great confidence? Do they really think we have no one in the film and television circle?"

"No one can compare to them in horror films, but as for commercial films... they are just little sisters!"

"Brothers, the opportunity is here! How can we let two little girls look down on the vast film and television circle."

"..."

Seeing You Mingyue about to be busy filming, the ones most gloating were in the music scene.

Days when You Mingyue doesn't release new songs can be described in one word—comfortable.

Without the pressure given by the "Roll Emperor," everyone's enthusiasm for competing on the music charts has become much higher.

"Roll, go roll the film and television circle quickly; they need to be rubbed hard!" Countless musicians reached a consensus and laughed out loud. ===== CHAPTER 663 =====
