Chapter 1052: Are You at the Entering the Dao Realm?
He knew Chen Yu was a Dharma Cultivator and had heard rumors about Chen Yu, but he had never imagined that Chen Yu's strength had actually reached the Entering the Dao Realm.
One must know that it is not easy for Dharma Cultivators to cultivate; only a few Elders among them with extraordinary strength can barely reach the Entering the Dao Realm, and even their Dharma Master sect leader is merely at the Ru Dao Peak.
Chen Yu looks to be only in his twenties, has no sect or master, let alone the support of any Heavenly Treasures; how did he make his cultivation realm advance so quickly? This made Zhou Xianzong feel somewhat incredulous.
"That's right, it is indeed Entering the Dao." Chen Yu smiled slightly, Liche floating slowly three feet in front of him, and he said indifferently: "Are all the disciples of Yunlu Sect as shameless as you lot?"
"Chen Yu, let's talk this over properly." Zhou Xianzong's palms were covered in cold sweat; he knew that if Chen Yu wanted to kill him, it would be no more than a flick of the wrist.
Although his Primordial Qi Realm cultivation allowed him to sense the heavens and earth and use a sliver of the power of heaven and earth for his own use, compared to the true Entering the Dao Realm, he was lacking by more than a hundred and eight thousand miles.
"Talk properly, sure. Today, you take responsibility for these two lives yourself, kowtow and apologize to Miss Yu, and then announce it to the world in the name of Yunlu Residence. Can you do that?" Chen Yu stared at him coldly and asked.
"Chen Yu, our Yunlu Residence is the number one sect in the world; it is impossible for me to apologize to her in the name of Yunlu Sect." Zhou Xianzong gritted his teeth and said: "You killed two of our Yunlu Residence disciples; you come back to my sect with me, and our sect leader will naturally give you an explanation."
"Isn't what you're saying just nonsense? Since that's the case, there is nothing left for us to talk about. I can tell you clearly: she is my woman, and my, Chen Yu's, people are not to be humiliated by just anyone."
Chen Yu took a step forward, and the Primordial Qi on his body erupted without reservation. *Puff, puff*, Zhou Xianzong's two junior brothers spat blood and flew backward.
These two disciples had too shallow a cultivation, so they simply could not withstand the powerful Primordial Qi pressure of an Entering the Dao expert.
"Chen Yu, are you determined to burn bridges with us?" Zhou Xianzong gritted his teeth, supporting himself desperately: "Don't you know how strong our Yunlu Sect is? Are you trying to make an enemy of our Yunlu Sect?"
Two flashes of Sword Light streaked by, Zhou Xianzong's two disciples fell to the ground, and Zhou Xianzong felt the Primordial Qi in his body surge; his entire body's Original Power felt as if it had been severed in mid-flow, and he could no longer sense the heavens and earth.
A cloud of blood mist exploded from his body, and he screamed as he flew backward. He discovered in horror that the Original Power inside his body had been wiped clean, and he could no longer sense that sliver of Spirit power between heaven and earth.
His Qi Sea Dantian was destroyed, his Dao Foundation shattered; he was now a complete cripple, with no further chance at Dharma Cultivation.
"Chen Yu, you destroyed my Dao Foundation! I won't let you go even if I become a ghost!" Zhou Xianzong roared madly.
For a Dharma Cultivator, the most painful thing is not death, but having one's entire Dao Foundation destroyed and being unable to focus Original Power for one's own use ever again; that is no different from being a cripple.
Chen Yu's strike was ruthless enough; one sword pierced his Qi Sea Dantian, destroying his Cultivation entirely. Even that sect leader of his, who was about to step into the Spirit Rhinoceros Realm, would likely have no way to heal him.
"I wasn't afraid of you when you were alive, so why would I be afraid of you after you become a ghost?" Chen Yu laughed. The grudge with Yunlu Residence was now set in stone; he had killed four of their disciples and destroyed the cultivation of their head disciple—this enmity could not be resolved.
But Chen Yu did not care. As long as someone spoke rudely to Si Chen, he would not let a single one of them go.
"Go back and tell your sect leader that his poor discipline led to the dogs in his sect coming out to bite people, so I've taught them a lesson for him. If there is a next time, I will go directly to your Yunlu Sect mountain gate and wipe out your entire sect." Chen Yu said coldly: "Now get lost. If you dare to let out one more word of crap, I will kill you right here."
Zhou Xianzong was trembling all over, half from the pain and half from fear. Their Yunlu Sect could be said to be an existence that looked down upon the world; even Dragon Breath gave them some face.
The disciples under their name who went to Dragon Breath for training held important positions; from this, one could see how much Dragon Breath valued them. Yet, Chen Yu had killed four and crippled one.
And the one he crippled was their most promising head disciple. Was this bastard not afraid of bearing the wrath of Yunlu Sect?
Just as he hesitated, Chen Yu glared over again: "Still not getting lost? Are you waiting for me to treat you to a meal?"
Zhou Xianzong struggled to stand up. Having lost all his cultivation, even walking was difficult. He didn't even dare to look at Chen Yu and left the place in a hurry.
Chang Shoucheng watched all of this; he was silent for a moment. After a long time, he smiled bitterly: "Mr. Chen, that was a bit impulsive just now."
"These grandsons knew that something would happen here half a month ago, but they didn't think to stop it, watching as dozens of lives in this village were slaughtered." Chen Yu said coldly: "And they even dared to pin false charges on me. Killing their disciples was already being polite; not going to their sect and grabbing those Taoist priests to beat them up is already good enough."
"These people indeed acted excessively. I will report this matter to Long Lao, and then Long Lao will go to Dragon Breath to handle this matter." Chang Shoucheng said: "Mr. Chen, please rest assured, I will come forward to testify for you."
"Commander Chang knows Long Lao?" Chen Yu asked.
"I once had the honor of serving under Long Lao. When Long Lao was young, he was a War God in the military; wherever he went, he made enemies tremble with fear."
Chang Shoucheng bowed slightly to Chen Yu and said: "Previously, Long Lao was unwell, which is why he retired, but fortunately, you, sir, took action to help Long Lao, which allowed him to recover his Five Dragon Qi and return to his peak. Many of us are very grateful to Mr. Chen."
"So that's how it is." Chen Yu nodded slightly.
He had originally found it strange that this Commander Chang had brought Zhou Xianzong and his group over, and when Chen Yu suddenly killed people, he just watched from the side without stopping him.
Now Chen Yu understood; the reason he didn't stop him was right here—he was one of his own.
"Mr. Chen, Liu Zhong has already told us about the things that came out of the Dry Well. If you hadn't come, we wouldn't know how many casualties there would have been, and if these things had run off to other places, the consequences would have been unimaginable."
"On behalf of the military, I express my gratitude to you." Chang Shoucheng bowed slightly to Chen Yu.
"Commander Chang, no need to be so polite. Liu Zhong is a good seedling. I have already given him a recommendation letter, intending for him to enter the Tianyuan Pavilion under Dragon Breath for some training; it will be beneficial for him in the future."
