Chapter 748: Elimination

~7 min read 1,231 words

"Young Master, what is this?" The two looked at Jiwu Xiaolang with curiosity.

"Hehe, I heard from a Huaxia expert that if a girl of this age, born on a specific day and time, has her heart eaten, it can prolong life." Jiwu Xiaolang laughed heartily.

"Interesting, truly interesting." Both Fusang men wore expressions of wonder, and they laughed loudly: "Young Master always has such interesting things here."

"How should this heart be eaten?" Songshang watched everything before him with great interest; regarding the act of eating a human heart, they felt no disgust, but rather, great interest.

"Just dig the heart out directly; the fresher, the better." Xiaolang laughed heartily: "Songshang-kun, why don't you do it?"

"Fine, I will." Songshang had long been eager to try; he stepped forward, took the Dagger from Xiaolang's hand, rolled up his sleeves, and prepared to dig out the little girl's heart.

But just at this moment, a sudden chill hit his chest, followed immediately by a heart-wrenching pain spreading from his chest. He looked down and saw only a sword tip protruding from his chest, and blood sprayed out with a splash.

With a thud, Songshang fell to the ground; until his death, a look of horror remained on his face.

The other two were shocked. They looked up and saw Chen Yu standing there, murderous intent surging as he held the Li Chen sword.

Songshang roared: "Baka, who are you?"

"The one who is here to take your Life." Chen Yu stared coldly at Songshang, his face full of murderous intent.

The other one, named Yimu, was closer to the door and turned to run outside. Chen Yu flicked his right foot against the ground, and the Dagger that Songshang had just used to dig for hearts whistled through the air, striking him squarely in the back.

With a puff, the Dagger sank directly into the kid's back. The kid fell to the ground with a thud, struggled a few times, and then stopped moving.

"Someone, kill him!" Jiwu Xiaolang roared. He retreated, sat down on the floor with a thud, struggled to climb back up, and grabbed a Samurai Sword hanging on the wall.

"Don't waste your effort." Chen Yu shook his head and said: "The few ninjas you arranged outside have already been wiped out by me. What last words do you have before you die?"

"Who are you? Why do you want to kill me?" Jiwu Xiaolang's eyes were bloodshot; he looked at Chen Yu with unwillingness and roared in anger.

"Is your name Jiwu Xiaolang?" Chen Yu asked.

"You know me?" A strange look appeared on Jiwu Xiaolang's face.

"If so, then that's correct. I am killing you for two reasons: first, for those girls whose hearts you dug out, and second, because I was entrusted by someone." Chen Yu said coldly.

"Entrusted by whom?" A look of anger appeared on Jiwu Xiaolang's face.

"Wang Yu." Chen Yu said indifferently.

"Wang Yu?" Jiwu Xiaolang looked bewildered: "I don't know him."

"He is your brother's son-in-law, Jida." Chen Yu sneered: "He is a Huaxia man, and he infiltrated your brother's side to seek revenge because he lost his parents in a gang war in Fusang when he was a child. Is that explanation more straightforward for you?"

"Bastard, I knew it, there was something wrong with him. Did he kill my brother?" Jiwu Xiaolang looked furious.

"Strictly speaking, yes." Chen Yu nodded: "So, do you have anything else to say now? If not, you can choose whether to end it yourself or have me send you on your way."

"Friend, I have no grudge or enmity with you. You must have come to kill me for money, right?" Jiwu Xiaolang's expression changed repeatedly, and he hissed: "Let's make a deal. How much money do you want? Name your price, as long as you are willing to spare me."

"What makes you think I am doing this to you for money?" Chen Yu stared at Jiwu Xiaolang and sneered: "I am killing you, first, because your hand reaches too far, daring to come to my Huaxia to kidnap little girls and dig out their hearts to drink; second, because you are a Fusang person, and out of national righteousness, I cannot let you go."

"Third..." Chen Yu stood up and said coldly: "Once you are dead, the Dusong Society will be completely controlled by Wang Yu. Hehe, he promised me he would be my dog. You are dead, and the Dusong Society will be under my control. Do you think I would let you go?"

"Baka..." Jiwu Xiaolang was furious. He stood up abruptly, swung the Samurai Sword in his hand, and slashed fiercely toward Chen Yu.

Chen Yu grabbed with his right hand, and the Samurai Sword fell into his hand. With a flick of his wrist, he performed a sword flourish, and with a puff, the Samurai Sword sank into Jiwu Xiaolang's mouth and pierced through the back of his head.

Chen Yu did not need to look back at the result. He picked up the unconscious girl from the cart and turned to leave.

Inside the room, Jiwu Xiaolang's eyes were wide open. The Samurai Sword had entered through his mouth, piercing his entire body. He fell to his knees with a thud and died.

Six little girls, including Yueyue, were rescued. Two ambulances and police cars arrived at the scene.

The corpses of these Fusang men were also carried out, but Zhou Xinyan looked at the bodies and felt some pity.

"Chen Yu, thank you for your help. We will handle the rest of the matters." Zhou Xinyan walked up to Chen Yu to thank him.

She hesitated repeatedly, but in the end, she did not voice the words of reproach she had intended, because besides the rescued girls, the corpses of three other children had been found in Jiwu Xiaolang's basement.

These children were all five or six years old. Their hearts had been dug out, and according to the forensic examiner, their hearts had been ripped out while they were still alive.

Although their deaths were tragic, Zhou Xinyan felt they deserved it.

"Do you think I was too heavy-handed?" Chen Yu glanced at her and said unhurriedly.

"You should have left one alive." Zhou Xinyan sighed.

"Not necessary. The Fusang people have wolfish ambitions, and their desire to invade our Huaxia has never died." Chen Yu said coldly: "This time, they even dispatched an Onmyoji. If one harbors pity for them, it is cruelty to one's own compatriots."

Zhou Xinyan nodded. She agreed with Chen Yu's words; for these people to have such an outcome, they truly deserved it.

By this time, the sky was already slightly bright. After a night of turmoil, Chen Yu planned to return. He sent a message to Tang Xue, telling her that Yueyue had been found and not to worry.

But just as his message was sent, Tang Xue's call came back. She had also not slept all night, waiting for the result.

"Brother Chen, is Yueyue okay?" Tang Xue asked nervously.

"She's fine, just a little frightened. The police will send her back soon, so you don't need to worry." Chen Yu smiled slightly.

"Thank you, Brother Chen. You have helped me so much; I really don't know how to thank you." Tang Xue said gratefully.
