Chapter 688

【Hearing the news of Atram's death, Waver was stunned for a moment, and after a few seconds of silence, he slowly said: "... Is that so."】

【Since the Twin Towers case, Atram would come to show off his mystic codes and spell bodies whenever he had nothing to do, and he could already be considered half a friend to Waver.】

【Waver also once told him not to underestimate the Holy Grail War, but unfortunately, the result was still...】

【"The seven Servants should not have gathered yet. Did he leave the stage before the official Holy Grail War began—then, the Servant he summoned is the same?"】

【Yvette: "Although I didn't receive a report, I think it was probably eliminated. After all, the location is in the Far East, and we don't know the details here."】

【Gray: "Teacher, are you okay?"】

【Waver: "No, I am prepared. Since it is the Holy Grail War, feeling sad for his defeat is no different from feeling happy for someone else's death; I can't do that kind of thing."】

【He lit a cigar, and the pungent smell of smoke immediately filled the room.】

Tokiomi Tohsaka: "Actually eliminated before the people were gathered!"】

Rin Tohsaka: "Is this too unlucky?"】

Waver: "Sigh, according to his temperament, he probably went to provoke other Masters, and as a result, underestimated the other party's strength and was killed directly."】

Kayneth: "This is also possible. However, if your guess is correct, then the Fifth Holy Grail War probably also has powerful Servants descending."】

【The room fell into silence; after a while, Waver extinguished the cigarette butt and stood up to tidy his appearance.】

【"It's about time to go. Thank you for the news, Yvette."】

【Yvette: "Where is the teacher going?"】

【Waver: "Burial Agency, the other party has agreed to meet."】

【"Burial Agency! Is that the one in Albion—"】

【Yvette's eyes lit up, and she acted like a spoiled child: "Then teacher, just treat it as the information fee just now, it's no problem to suddenly add a spy from the Mezzaria faction to accompany you!"】

【Waver: "..."】

【Unable to refuse, and refusing probably wouldn't work, Waver could only take Yvette with him.】

Rin Tohsaka: "Burial Agency? Is that the department that collects spell bodies excavated from the labyrinth?"】

Waver: "That's right, the Burial Agency is specifically responsible for the mining work of Albion."】

Caules: "What are you going to the Burial Agency for at this time?"】
