Chapter 776

【After signing a few documents, he handed them to Kayano Hishiri who was smiling opposite him.】

【This is a report she submitted as the Department of Law, for Lord El-Melloi II to check in detail and sign.】

【It's just a formal step, although ridiculous, it is the common practice of the world.】

【Lord El-Melloi II: "With this, are you satisfied?"】

【Kayano Hishiri: "My dissatisfaction has ended... perhaps it is the correct answer."】

【She told Lord El-Melloi II that the Clock Tower still didn't find Flat Escardos's body.】

【Although I don't know where he transferred to in the end, if it was inside the Spirit Tomb Albion, it is natural not to find it.】

【However, since he attempted to revive the magecraft form of the Age of Gods, the factions that have already learned the news should frantically search for his workshop and legacy.】

【Lord El-Melloi II didn't care about this, he didn't think Flat Escardos would leave those things behind.】

Kayneth: "Workshop... but he shouldn't leave those things behind."】

Waver: "Yes, the workshop Flat Escardos studied in the end was that underground wine cellar, when I searched for it, only the clues Flat Escardos deliberately left for me remained inside."】

Waver: "Flat Escardos, won't leave any legacy."】

【Lord El-Melloi II: "If you find Kayano Kuro, what do you plan to do?"】

【Kayano Hishiri: "Even now I don't know very well myself. Do you think it's strange?"】

【Lord El-Melloi II: "No."】

【Kayano Hishiri: "After I entered the Department of Law, I discovered that Flat Escardos's disciple might be my brother. Because there wasn't much work that could be given to newcomers, I happened to be assigned as the person in charge of the Modern Magecraft Department. In the process of investigating past cases, I quickly discovered that the disciple named Kuro seemed to be Kayano Kuro. From my position, discovering this is natural. I also immediately learned that Flat Escardos and my brother disappeared at the same time. Why is this? I want to understand my missing brother..."】

【"That's right, I was on the Rail Zeppelin, thinking that Flat Escardos and my brother might have swapped identities. I think wanting to understand a blood relative is a natural thought."】
