~6 min read 1,143 words

【Reward Indestructible】

【Indestructible: an unbreakable body, a sturdy body】

【Next Wandering Myth countdown: two months】

【Myth is: Vampire Count】

【Mission: Van Helsing kills Dracula, then obtains Dracula's primal blood】

【Reward: Soul of Vampire King】

The slight dizziness faded.

Yu Lin returned to his dormitory; a thought crossed his mind, and his robe automatically transformed into simple casual homewear.

"Ah, finally back!"

Dragon Lord couldn't wait and flew out of the Ding Pattern, rushed to the Computer, clattered away, then turned on the mic:

"Stop sleeping, log in, log in! Dragon Lord will take you to the top today!"

Looking at Dragon Lord's demeanor.

Yu Lin gave a slight smile, said nothing, and went to the bathroom to retrieve the Heaven-level Weapon equipped by the Civil Affairs Bureau.

It was a Long Sword, resembling a Yanying Blade in appearance, but its blade bore faint golden patterns.

Extremely sharp, it could, without using Qi, cleave a night‑roaming class stake in half with a single slash.

The next moment.

Yu Lin raised the Long Sword and gave himself a quick strike.

Clang!

Where the Long Sword touched his skin, the skin instantly turned gold, rebounding the sword back with a crisp sound!

Yet his skin bore no white mark, smooth as before!

"Not bad."

Yu Lin nodded in satisfaction.

Even without Miracle, people under the day‑roaming level cannot harm his flesh; perhaps beyond day‑roaming, he will experiment later.

Of course, Soul is exempt.

Thinking of that, Yu Lin recalled the reward from the Dracula mission.

Perhaps refining that Soul for Dragon Lord would yield an immensely powerful Soul Potion.

The last time, the female ghost's Soul clearly enhanced his own Soul; he could previously stay awake for five days, but after drinking it he could go half a month without sleep.

But unless necessary, he still sleeps each night; that is one of his great pleasures..........

Yu Lin shook his head, stored the Long Sword into his storage space, and took a brisk cold shower.

It is now night.

First get some sleep, then in a few days go to the Vatican to get Silver Coin.

Yu Lin lay down.

Only when he was sleeping comfortably.

At this moment.

Vatican.

Pope Francis was swamped, frantic.

He leaned on the gilded seat, his fingers lightly tapping the armrest.

Candlelight cast flickering shadows on his aged face, reflecting the worry in his brows.

"The Four-Day Saints are about to arrive!"

His voice, though low, carried undeniable authority, a stark contrast to the gentle words he had spoken to Yu Lin that day.

"If you neglect the Saints then, you will receive the punishment yourselves!"

The Holy See staff standing below immediately bowed and saluted:

"Yes! Your Majesty! We will see to it."

Their voices were uniform, echoing through the vast hall.

"Go." Francis gave a slight nod, waving them away.

After the crowd departed, his gaze turned to the tall figure standing in the shadows.

"Laide," Francis said again.

"Watch closely, don't let those guys slip in," he paused, then added forcefully, "The safety of the Saints must be paramount! I expect you and your Knight Order to ensure security!"

The man emerging from the shadows stood as upright as a pine, his dazzling blond hair shining in the candlelight, contrasted by a pair of deep, ink‑black eyes.

He wore silver‑white knight armor, with an ancient‑style greatsword hanging at his waist.

"Pope, rest assured!" Laide's voice was as hard as steel; his right fist hammered his chest, the armor emitting a crisp clang: "Whoever dares come will be split by my great sword."

"My knights will tear apart all their schemes and arrogance!"

Before the words finished, a fierce killing intent erupted from him, spreading through the hall like a tangible force!

The sheer momentum was so strong that all creatures within several hundred meters shivered.

Birds outside the window scattered in fright, insects and ants underground turned and fled, even the candle flames flickered uncertainly under the pressure.

"Very good, go." Francis was pleased with his attitude, waving him off.

"Yes!" Laide turned and left, vanishing from his sight.

Francis waited until he left, then rose from his seat and walked toward the depths of the palace.

They had been preparing this matter since the moment Yu Lin agreed; if something went wrong.............

Francis would indeed mobilize the entire Holy See's power, to hunt down every rebel and execute them one by one!

Everything is almost ready now; we just need Yu Lin to arrive!

However.

There is still one most important matter.

Francis came to the rear, went up the stairs, looked at Vatican Square, estimated the maximum number it could hold, and couldn't help but start to get a headache:

"Even though it has been expanded, it still can't accommodate that many people........ What should we do?"

"If they can't see the Saint at that time, won't they want to tear down my palace?"

"No, no."

"We need to think of a solution..........."

Francis pointed with the scepter in his hand, his figure instantly disappeared, and the next moment he appeared above the Vatican, looking down and taking in the Vatican.

After frowning and thinking for a moment, he had an idea:

"Arrange a route!"

"Pilgrimage Road!"

His gaze quickly swept over the streets of the Vatican:

"Start from there, go there, and arrange personnel in order."

"Finally arrive at the square........... Hmm, just like that."

After confirming, he took out his phone from his pocket and dialed the number:

"Richard, the plan has changed."

"I need you to change the route from................... to ensure that every pilgrim who comes can personally see the Saint."

"Even for those believers who cannot come, we must guarantee the communication network runs, allowing them to watch the live broadcast; it can lag a few seconds, but it cannot lag continuously."

"Money is not a problem; go directly to the Vatican Property Management Bureau to allocate funds."

"Understood?"

"On the other end of the phone, a steady male voice came: 'Yes, Your Majesty.'"

"Hmm." Francis hung up the phone, his figure flashed, and he returned to the high building.

Suddenly, footsteps sounded from behind.

"Your Majesty, there is a request for help."

"In a village in France, a demon has appeared."

Wearing nun's attire, face holy, eyes slightly narrowed, right hand holding a cross pendant, the nun came behind Francis and reported to him in a low voice.

Being able to come here shows that the nun's status is not low.

Francis turned back:

"What kind of demon?"

The nun replied:

"According to their intelligence, it is currently inferred to be a medium demon."

"Like that." Francis's face showed no fluctuation, as if this medium demon was not worth mentioning, he just casually said:

"Send two official exorcist priests and one medium-ranked knight over."

"Go."

The nun nodded:

"Yes."
