Chapter 180: Cherub
Cherub
Cherub
In a previous chapter, I wrote about a Cherub welcoming Ninglu, and many people said it was wrong; I even thought I was truly mistaken and revised the original text.
Many people spoke with such certainty that the Yellow Skin would not allow the existence of something like a Cherub.
Today, while checking materials, I happened to flip to the official novel "Thousand Sons," Chapter 18, page 217, as shown in the image.
The Cherub is floating right above the Yellow Skin's head; what a display of disgust!!!
This is at the time of the Council of Nicaea.
Let me mention "False Gods," which some people brought up, regarding the original text where Horus expresses disgust for Cherubs, page 178.
What Horus finds difficult to understand is religious worship; one cannot forcibly equate disgust for the Imperial Cult with disgust for Cherubs.
What he finds disgusting is the Darkness, the reverence for Death, and the "Funeral Dirge of Death" played by the Cherub's trumpet; it never said he was disgusted by the Cherub itself, okay?
