These past few days of updates have been terrible; first, my physical condition is poor, my schedule is chaotic, I can't get it right, I'm drowsy all day and have no energy, it's hard to get into a typing flow, I really feel I'm getting older and can't take it.

Second, I'm about to start a new volume; the outline is set, but some details aren't organized yet, I always feel something's missing, a small problem can stall me for hours, I feel I've hit a typing bottleneck—so painful.
