Actually, I dread this situation the most; if you want to take leave, you should decide early, then you can relax completely for the whole day. But waffling just gives you a headache, and with the update on your mind, when the time comes you still haven't written anything, so you reluctantly take leave—this day drains your mental energy almost as much as not taking leave would, a sheer loss.

So I made a decisive move and took leave as soon as it was past nine, hahaha……

In fact, there's another reason: the next next chapter will enter the Spirit-absorbing Monster plot, involving much of the later content. In this plot, Lei En will obtain the most important Element, truly begin to take off, embark on a crusade to beat the whole world, which is decisive for the entire book; I've been thinking about it for a long time, had a rough outline even before starting the book, and even now some details are still undecided, needing to be sorted out again.

Later I'll open my setting document and write it out in detail.
