I've been sitting in front of the computer for several hours.

The content of this chapter was already planned before the book started; it's also the main storyline, which you probably guessed— the next volume, "Golden Throne," will formally develop these contents.

The whole book has nine volumes; in a few days the sixth volume will end, putting the overall progress at about 70%, which is at least 4 million characters!

I've been suppressing the protagonist's level— Lei En's true form hasn't even reached level 20, and that's related. Overall, though, Lei En's level follows the outline, gaining roughly one level every 150,000 characters.

Also, I'm still thinking about how to write Lei En's relationship with his teacher.

For each Holy Soul Wizard, what reaction Lei En will have to what they want to do, what stance they'll take, and how it will develop in the future… I've spent several hours on these many detailed questions and still can't figure them out. Looking back at my own setting notes (a 120,000‑character spreadsheet) and the earlier content, it's taken several hours and I still have no clue.

Please let me take a day off to think it over properly and, meanwhile, outline the next volume.

If I can update tomorrow afternoon, I'll release two chapters; if not…… I dare not promise anything, for fear of being beaten!
