After everyone sent Li Qingxuan and his family to the room, they said a few words, then tactfully took their leave, leaving the space for them.

Mother gently patted the back of Li Qingxuan's hand and sighed: "Xuan'er, you've grown up and matured. These girls are all fine children; being with them truly comforts Mother. Just remember, no matter when, you must treat them sincerely and not let any of them down."

Li Qingxuan solemnly nodded and said: "Mother, rest assured, I will. They are the most important people to me; I will protect them with my life."

Upon hearing that, Mother's face broke into a satisfied smile.

At that moment, Li Qingge and Li Xinxin, accompanied by a few sister-in-laws, ran back from the garden holding a few small flowers; they smiled and handed the flowers to Mother, saying: "Mother, these are the flowers we bring for you; we hope you like them."

Mother took the flowers, beaming ear to ear, and said: "I like them, I like them; how could Mother not like the flowers sent by my darlings?"
