Chapter 328: On Sale Reflection
On Sale Reflection
I received notice that the book will be released at 2 p.m. today.
How fast!
The end of my previous book still feels like yesterday.
The beginning of this book feels even more like yesterday.
Before starting this book, I considered two directions: one was this one, the other was set in the 80s or 90s. I chose this one because of accumulated materials and freshness.
As for the first option, although I had read plenty of materials from the 80s and 90s, and even thought the opening had potential, I still felt my accumulation wasn’t sufficient.
As for the second, reincarnation is an old trope, and the internet industry has been overused as a setting. This time, starting from 2008, I tried to include more fresh elements—perhaps that would deliver a better reading experience.
Of course, freshness is also a driving force for my own writing.
So I wrote this one.
Since my previous book was long and packed with content, covering many projects and companies, I tried my best to avoid repetition; even when unavoidable, I attempted to shift perspectives. And as the synopsis states, the giants and capital were already established, the era was different, so the protagonist naturally made different choices and took different actions.
But these are merely my own perspectives and thoughts.
As a reader who also loves books, my only standard is whether it’s enjoyable—read if it’s good, switch if it’s not.
As a writer who loves creating, I only hope to give everyone a meaningful story.
Regarding updates after release: today’s update is ten thousand characters, tomorrow’s update is ten thousand characters, this month’s updates… I’ll do my best to keep them steady.
Thank you all for following, tipping, and giving monthly votes.
Finally, I humbly ask for subscriptions—thank you so much!
