Chapter 1192: Dark Mist

"Duel?"

Dark Mist laughed loudly.

"Why duel?"

"Astral is finished, you are just an insignificant puppet. You and your Numbers are already in my pocket, Yuma Tsukumo! In this case, what need is there for me to continue dueling you?"

Yuma gritted his teeth: "Damn it..."

He didn't want to lose, didn't want to surrender just like that.

But his arm wouldn't listen, and he could only watch helplessly as his hand slowly reached toward the Deck, preparing to surrender.

Is it really over?

His "fly high," his bond with Astral, everything...

Dark Mist revealed a sinister smile of success.

Got him.

Finally, Astral, whom he had been thinking about day and night, and all the Numbers Astral had collected so far, were all his, Dark Mist's...

However, the moment Yuma's hand was about to touch the Deck, his movement stopped.

Dark Mist's pupils contracted. Because he suddenly noticed that someone had appeared behind Yuma at some point.

The handsome young man stood behind Yuma, one hand gently placed on Yuma's shoulder, as if this light action had unloaded the heavy burden on Yuma.

Yuma felt his body lighten a lot, and his consciousness regained some control over his arm. He looked up in surprise, saw the face of the person beside him, and was surprised: "You... Youxuan-san..."

Dark Mist's face also changed drastically: "Youxuan... the Duel King of this dimension? Why is he in such a place?"

Yuma had the same doubt: "Youxuan-san, how did you..."

"Saw you stealing a boat to go to sea in the middle of the night, so I followed to see the situation," Zhang Ka shrugged, "Originally thought it was just to see the fun, should have nothing to do with me.

"But I didn't expect this, tsk tsk. Never mind the underhanded tactics, you actually wanted to skip the sacred duel entirely."

It is well known that in Yu-Gi-Oh, those who try to skip playing cards to get a direct victory usually don't end well. But the card-playing villains are all keen on this.

Dark Mist said gloomily: "This has nothing to do with you, otherworlder."

"That won't do. You also know that people here call me 'Duel King'. The so-called 'Duel King' is, as the name suggests, the person most addicted to dueling. I have these few problems that I can't quit.

Passing by and finding cards to play, I can't move, and finding good cards to pick up, I can't ignore it even more."

As he spoke, he pulled the Deck out of Yuma's Duel Disk and inserted and activated his own Duel Disk.

Dark Mist's pupils shrank: "You want to take over this duel?"

Yuma was also surprised: "Youxuan-san, you..."

"This duel hasn't ended in terms of rules... although you used some despicable means to make the duelist here lose the ability to act, it is still continuing in terms of rules."

Zhang Ka also took over Yuma's hand, and transferred the monster cards and face-down cards on his field to his own Duel Disk.

"I completely inherit Yuma's Deck, hand, field, and LP, etc., and replace him, who cannot act, to continue the duel. There is no problem, right?"

In fact, there is such a replacement rule in the anime, and Zhang Ka is already quite virtuous. In the ZEXAL anime, mid-game replacement often involves changing the Deck together, only inheriting the field and LP.

Changing the Deck halfway through playing cards, that is, the anime characters don't like to bring counter-cards, otherwise this rule can be played out. In contrast, Zhang Ka is just changing a person, and the Deck and field are not exchanged.

Of course, at this time, Zhang Ka's Shadow Duel condition has not yet been established, and Dark Mist still has a chance to retreat and refuse to accept this duel.

But...

"Accept his conditions," Vector, the teammate connected remotely, said.

Dark Mist said coldly: "We are just cooperating, I don't accept your orders."

"You should also know that this person is a huge threat to the Fusion Dimension," Vector said, "He is willing to take over half of the duel and fight with a Deck he is not familiar with. Such an opportunity is once in a lifetime."

"Tch."

Dark Mist also knows some information about Fujiki Youxuan and knows that Vector is right.

According to the information he knows, which is not much, this Fujiki Youxuan is extremely strong, and the Deck he uses is ever-changing. If he encounters him on a daily basis, the Deck he uses is quite tricky. Meeting him this time, he is actually willing to fight with Yuma's Deck, such an opportunity is indeed rare.

"Okay, I accept," Dark Mist made up his mind.

It is well known that Yuma and Astral are the ultimate "yang" Utopia-slashing Deck, and there are few destruction effects in the whole Deck that can directly kill the opponent's monsters. Such a style should not match this Fujiki Youxuan.

This person will probably be tied up using this Deck.

Yuma also thought so, and said worriedly: "Youxuan-san, no need. I can still... I can still..."

He tried to be brave, but his body was still a bit inconvenient to move. He stumbled forward half a step, but tripped and fell to the ground.

Dark Mist's influence on him has not completely disappeared.

"Don't worry, just a small character," Zhang Ka smiled and comforted him, "This level of opponent, even if I use a Deck I use for the first time, I can fully handle it."

Dark Mist snorted: "Is it because you have a title of King that you can't find north? Don't be too arrogant!"

By the time of the duel, the three evil monsters had been overlaid to summon Dark Mist's main body. At this time, the thick fog on the field dissipated, revealing Dark Mist's original ferocious image, revealing sharp teeth and claws. The distorted face grew on the chest and abdomen, the eyes were like burning flames, and a mouth full of fangs opened in the abdominal cavity, as if connected to endless darkness.

【No. 96 Dark Mist, ATK 100】

"Battle! No. 96 Dark Mist, attack 'Gogogo Ghost'!"

Yuma reminded: "Be careful, Youxuan-san! Dark Mist's effect is..."

But before he could finish, the explanation opportunity was snatched by Dark Mist's main body: "My own effect is! When battling a monster, detach an Xyz Material, the opponent monster's ATK becomes half, and this card's ATK increases by that value!"

A circling Xyz Material was swallowed by Dark Mist, and then the Gogogo Ghost on the opposite side was immediately covered with a debuff by a mass of surging dark mist. Gogogo Ghost's momentum fell by a large margin, and the energy in his body seemed to be drawn away by the mist and surged into Dark Mist's body.

【Gogogo Ghost, ATK 1900 → ATK 950】

【No. 96 Dark Mist, ATK 100 → ATK 1050】

The power was instantly surpassed, Dark Mist hit across the waist with a claw, Gogogo Ghost's armor shattered, and the ghost bound in the armor also exploded instantly, dissipating into nothingness.

【Zhang Ka, LP 4000 → LP 3900】

"So that's it," Zhang Ka patted the dust on his body, "Another invincible fighting effect..." ===== CHAPTER 1193 =====
