Chapter 1228: Ultimate Beetle God

Insect Barrier, negated!

"In this way, the attack restriction is lifted!" Alito shouted. "Go! CNumber 106: Lava Hand - Giant Hand Red Palm, attack 'Inzektor Dragonfly'!"

He had long been displeased with Dragonfly, and the giant palm's five fingers opened, and the red-hot lava in the palm turned into a spiral impact and burst out. At this time, all cards on the field were negated, and even the light of the defensive Insect Barrier dissolved and dissipated, with no more obstacles.

The spiral impact pierced through Dragonfly's chest, and the latter exploded.

【Fujiki You Xuan, LP 2750 → LP 1150】

Fujiki You Xuan's body swayed, but he quickly stood firm and smiled lightly at Alito: "Your Lava Hand is amazing."

This wasn't entirely polite; he really thought so. CNumber 106: Lava Hand - Giant Hand Red Palm, there is a difference between the anime and the physical card.

The physical card Lava Hand can only negate the effects of face-up cards on the field "until the end of the turn," which is only temporary. But the anime version, once the Lava Hand effect is activated, all cards existing on the field at the time of activation will permanently remain in a negated state, which is much more practical.

And it also has an anime-exclusive effect that the physical card deleted. As long as Lava Hand exists on the field in face-up Attack Position, all effect damage received by the controller becomes 0, so it gains immunity to effect damage, which is also quite practical.

"Set a card, turn end," Alito said. "Next turn, I will surely solve you with the power of Lava Hand!"

"Next turn... that's really something to look forward to. My turn, draw."

Fujiki You Xuan drew a card.

"Activate Spell Card 'Pot of Greed', draw two cards from the deck."

Fujiki You Xuan drew two cards.

Alito glanced at the remaining "Inzektor Ladybug" on Fujiki You Xuan's field and snorted: "Although that monster seems to have the ability to equip monsters from the Graveyard like Dragonfly. But it's a pity, its effect has already been negated by Lava Hand, and now it's just a redundant blank slate."

"It seems so." Fujiki You Xuan said. "Then I Normal Summon 'Inzektor Centipede' from my hand."

【Inzektor Centipede, ATK 1600】

"Inzektor Centipede's effect activates, I can equip an Inzektor monster from the Graveyard to Centipede," Fujiki You Xuan said. "Equip 'Inzektor Hornet' from the Graveyard again!"

Alito gritted his teeth: "Sure enough, again..."

Hornet, Hornet, endless Hornet.

Alito was sure that if this game didn't end today, he would probably never be able to get rid of the shadow of Hornet in his nightmares for at least a month.

"Then Hornet's effect, send the equipped Hornet to the Graveyard, destroy one card on the field," Fujiki You Xuan said. "Destroy 'CNumber 106: Lava Hand - Giant Hand Red Palm'!"

Hornet was fired as a cannonball again.

Alito said gloomily: "I thought you would summon a new Inzektor and then activate this chain, did you think I didn't think of this?"

"Activate set card, Continuous Trap 'Numbers Wall'!"

"This card can protect 'Number' monsters on my field from being destroyed by card effects!"

The trap released the burning golden "Number" characters, releasing a huge barrier that blocked in front of Alito's giant palm.

Hornet's desperate charge hit the barrier and couldn't produce any effect.

"Hehe, in this way, even if you find a way to summon a new Inzektor, recycle Hornet, and do it again, the result is the same." Alito said proudly.

Fujiki You Xuan must at least recycle Hornet first to blow up this Continuous Trap, and then think of a way to blow it up again, needing a total of two more blows to successfully break through Lava Hand.

Even for an Inzektor with excellent deployment and endurance, it is not simple to blow up two more rounds in the current situation.

However...

"You seem to think that I recycle Hornet just to destroy your Lava Hand, and once blocked, I will be at my wit's end."

Fujiki You Xuan shrugged and smiled.

"Really, it seems I've really been underestimated."

Alito: "What?"

"Although Hornet failed to destroy the card, Hornet as an Equip Card has indeed been sent to the Graveyard," Fujiki You Xuan said. "At this moment, Inzektor Centipede's effect activates."

"When the Equip Card on Centipede is sent to the Graveyard, I can add an 'Inzektor' monster from the deck to my hand."

Fujiki You Xuan shook the card that popped out of the deck.

"I add 'Inzektor Giga-Weevil' from the deck to my hand."

"Then Giga-Weevil's effect, this card can be equipped from the hand to an 'Inzektor' monster on my field. I equip Giga-Weevil to 'Inzektor Ladybug'."

"The original DEF of the equipped monster becomes 2600!"

【Inzektor Ladybug, DEF 2600】

Alito frowned: "Consolidating defense? So that's it, it's equal to Lava Hand's ATK, trying to use this to temporarily defend..."

But soon he realized he was too naive.

The other party hadn't considered defense at all.

"Activate 'Inzektor Giga-Cricket's' effect from the Graveyard," Fujiki You Xuan said. "Giga-Cricket can banish an Insect-Type from the Graveyard and equip this card from the Graveyard to a monster on my field."

"I banish 'Inzektor Exa-Stag' from the Graveyard, and equip Giga-Cricket from the Graveyard to 'Inzektor Ladybug', the original ATK of the equipped monster becomes 2000!"

【Inzektor Ladybug, ATK 2000】

Alito: "?"

Stacking DEF can be understood as wanting to delay his Lava Hand's attack, but what is the point of stacking 2000 ATK?

But the next moment he understood that the point was not this little data increase at all.

"Alright, the preparations are complete," Fujiki You Xuan smiled. "Then out of respect for the Barian Seven Emperors, let me specially show you this next."

"My Inzektor deck, the true trump card!"

Alito: "?"

The true trump card? Has it not appeared until now?

Alito instantly held his breath instinctively and observed the situation on the opponent's field.

What will the trump card be? Are there other Xyz?

But at this time, the levels of the monsters on the opponent's field were completely inconsistent, and there was no way to Xyz Summon. His Normal Summon opportunity for this turn had also been used up, what exactly did he intend to...

Fujiki You Xuan: "I send 'Inzektor Giga-Cricket' and 'Inzektor Giga-Weevil' used as Equip Cards, and the Continuous Magic 'Insect Barrier', three cards to the Graveyard, and call the 'strongest' Inzektor to appear!"

Alito: "???"

Sacrifice Equip Cards and Continuous Magic... are there such summoning conditions?

But the next moment, before Fujiki You Xuan slapped that card down, Alito's heart was already ringing with alarm bells, as if he had already sensed danger.

It's coming!

A certain existence that surpassed all monsters and all cards so far, was on the hand the other party raised, it was coming!

What exactly is that card called the "strongest" Inzektor!?

"The thunder of bliss annihilates all things in the world, appear—"

"—Raviel, Lord of Phantasms, Hamon!!!"

Riding on thunder and lightning, the golden skeleton wrapped the giant-like majestic figure, descending with the roar that shook the sky!

【Raviel, Lord of Phantasms, Hamon, ATK 4000】

The physical card Hamon naturally cannot be summoned like this, because the physical card Hamon requires the use of "face-up Continuous Magic" to be sent to the Graveyard to be summoned. But the anime didn't care so much, whether face-up or face-down, as long as three Magic cards on your field were sent to the Graveyard, it could descend.

And as everyone knows, monster cards in the state of being used as Equip Cards, as long as they exist in the Magic and Trap zone, most of them will be judged as "Equip Magic" without special instructions, which also counts as Magic cards.

So Hamon can completely use Inzektor cards in the equipped state as sacrifices to descend.

However, it is worth mentioning that although the physical card Hamon cannot be equipped with Inzektors, it has the reputation of "Ultimate Crystal God, Hamon." Because Crystal Beasts are used as Continuous Magic when they exist in the Magic and Trap zone, they are perfectly adapted to Hamon.

Seeing the legendary Demon God descend, carrying ten thousand thunder, just the aura set off turbulent waves on the surrounding sea, Alito almost couldn't help but swear—

—Does this thing of yours count as an Inzektor too?

What the hell is this? Is it the Ultimate Beetle God, Hamon?

"Raviel, Lord of Phantasms, Hamon," Fujiki You Xuan waved his hand. "Attack 'CNumber 106: Lava Hand - Giant Hand Red Palm'!"

"Thunder of Bliss!"

Endless lightning fell straight down, instantly wrapping the lava giant palm, and blasted it into a pitch-black charcoal in an instant.
