Chapter 1392: Gagaga Hell!

"Then first, I'll unceremoniously activate the monster effect of 'Gagaga Cowboy'."

Fujiki You Xuan snapped his fingers.

"Gagaga Cowboy gains different monster effects depending on whether it's in Attack Position or Defense Position.

If it's in Attack Position, I can detach one Xyz Material to have it gain 1000 ATK and make the opponent's monster lose 500 ATK when it attacks this turn."

Ha Ke frowned slightly.

Gagaga Cowboy's ATK was 1500; if it gained 1000, it would become 2500, which could indeed exceed Unicore's DEF... but of course, it didn't matter.

The 'Nekroz of Trishula' in his hand could make his Nekroz monsters on the field immune to destruction by battle or card effects for the entire turn.

"However, Gagaga Cowboy is in Defense Position, so this effect isn't needed," Fujiki You Xuan said, waving his finger. "Therefore, I will activate the other effect of Gagaga Cowboy while it's in Defense Position.

Once per turn, detach one Xyz Material to inflict 800 points of damage to the opponent!"

The orbiting Xyz Material was absorbed by Cowboy. The cool Western gunslinger's eyes flashed with a sharp glint; he drew his guns, spun them twice in his hands, and fired two shots—*bang, bang*—the bullets accurately hit Ha Ke's head and exploded.

【Ha Ke, LP 3200 → LP 2400】

Ha Ke actually hesitated for a moment when he heard the effect description, wondering if he should use Unicore's effect to negate this burn damage from Gagaga Cowboy.

But after hesitating, he ultimately didn't take action.

The reason was simple. Using such a powerful disruption for a mere 800 points of damage naturally felt like a loss.

Since he didn't interrupt, Fujiki You Xuan continued unceremoniously.

"I activate the Spell card 'Storage of the Seventh'," Fujiki You Xuan said. "Tribute one Xyz monster on my field to draw one card from my Deck. Then, for every Xyz Material that monster had, I can draw one additional card from my Deck." (Anime card)

Fujiki You Xuan pointed at the Cowboy on his field.

"I tribute 'Gagaga Cowboy' to draw one card. And because Gagaga Cowboy had one Xyz Material when it was tributed, I draw a total of two cards!"

Fujiki You Xuan drew two cards in succession. At the same time, the Cowboy on the field gloriously completed its mission and dissipated into light spots.

Ha Ke was even more puzzled: "Performed an Xyz Summon, just for this 800 points of damage...?"

"And at the very beginning of this turn, when I activated 'Graceful Charity', I discarded this card from my hand: 'Marauding Captain... no, Executioner - Makyura'."

The ferocious Executioner appeared above Fujiki You Xuan's head, revealing a pair of scarlet claws, looking like a flickering ghost, appearing even more eerie.

"In the turn Executioner - Makyura is sent to the Graveyard, I can activate Trap cards from my hand," Fujiki You Xuan revealed another card in his hand. "Therefore, I activate the Trap card 'Xyz Reborn' from my hand.

This card can revive an Xyz monster from the Graveyard to the field, and this Trap can be attached to that Xyz monster as an Xyz Material."

The Xyz monster Fujiki You Xuan had just sent to the Graveyard less than three seconds ago exited again.

"Return from the Graveyard once more, Gagaga Cowboy!"

Returning once again, the Cowboy back on the field re-absorbed the Trap as an Xyz Material, orbiting around him like a satellite.

【Gagaga Cowboy, DEF 2500】

Ha Ke's expression changed slightly: "Tributed Cowboy to get a draw, and at the same time revived it to the field, resetting the monster effect..."

"Correct, because it's a Gagaga Cowboy revived from the Graveyard, the effect opportunity is naturally reset," Fujiki You Xuan smiled. "Therefore, activate the effect of 'Gagaga Cowboy' once again.

When in Defense Position, once per turn, detach one Xyz Material to inflict 800 points of damage to the opponent."

So Cowboy didn't say a word and absorbed the new Xyz Material around him. He drew his revolvers, spun them twice in his hands, and fired *bang, bang* again. Ha Ke was hit in the head again.

【Ha Ke, LP 2400 → LP 1600】

"Damn it..."

Ha Ke's face was dark.

He could no longer say that 800 points of damage were insignificant.

Although each hit was like a bee sting, if he let this continue, he would be stung to death!

Fujiki You Xuan remained calm: "Then next, I activate the effect of 'Heraldic Beast Aberconway' in the Graveyard. Banish Aberconway from the Graveyard to add another Heraldic Beast from the Graveyard to my hand.

I add 'Heraldic Beast Leo' from the Graveyard to my hand."

"Then the effect of Leo, discard a Heraldic monster from my hand to Special Summon itself. Special Summon 'Heraldic Beast Leo' once again!"

【Heraldic Beast Leo, ATK 1700】

"Level 4 'Heraldic Beast Leo', Level 4 'Shadow Lizard', Overlay again! Construct the Overlay Network with two monsters! Xyz Summon!"

Fujiki You Xuan raised his hand.

"Rank 4, appear! Gagaga Cowboy, Unit 2!" The second Gagaga Cowboy, dressed exactly like Unit 1, even with the same look of looking down on the crowd.

【Gagaga Cowboy, DEF 2500】

"This thing again!?"

Ha Ke was almost about to curse out loud.

Even Yuma, the original owner of Cowboy, was dumbfounded: "Fujiki You Xuan, could it be... is he planning to..."

He wanted to burn the opponent to death directly with Cowboy?

Even Yuma felt this was an unprecedented route.

Is Cowboy used like this? Yuma suddenly felt a bit confused.

"Gagaga Cowboy Unit 2, effect activate." Sure enough, Fujiki You Xuan continued his operations. "Detach one Xyz Material, 800 points of damage."

This time, the opponent finally didn't hesitate.

There was no capital left to hesitate.

Just kidding, if this continued, Ha Ke would be burned to death shot by shot. Whatever effect resistance or destruction resistance he held in his hand became waste paper in front of the invincible Cowboy.

His iron-wall formation couldn't stop these bullets hitting his head one after another.

"Activate the effect of 'Nekroz of Unicore'!" Ha Ke shouted. "Once per turn, I can negate the effect of one monster summoned from the Extra Deck on the field! This effect can also be activated during the opponent's turn!"

He waved his hand.

"I negate the effect of 'Gagaga Cowboy'!"

Fujiki You Xuan was expressionless: "Then, according to the effect of 'Executioner - Makyura', I activate the Trap card 'Shift' from my hand.

When a monster on my field becomes the target of a card effect, I can transfer the effect to another monster on my field.

Therefore, I change the target of 'Nekroz of Unicore's' effect to 'Gagaga Cowboy Unit 1' on my field."

Ha Ke was instantly petrified.

Oh no, Unit 1 was a Cowboy that had already activated its effect; negating it was completely meaningless.

And although he held 'Nekroz of Trishula' in his hand which had targeting resistance, Trishula could only "negate and destroy card effects that target Nekroz monsters on my field."

But the target of Shift was Fujiki You Xuan's own Cowboy on his field, not Unicore, so it couldn't be activated at all.

Ha Ke's pupils contracted.

Calculated clearly, his hand full of good cards, disruptions, and defensive lines were all useless...

So the Cowboy's bullet hit again.

【Ha Ke, LP 1600 → LP 800】

Ha Ke was sweating like rain, his face pale.

It wasn't over yet, there were still 800 HP left.

As long as he kept this last 800 HP, when Trishula descended next turn, he could...

"Activate the Spell card 'High Heraldry Art' from my hand," Fujiki You Xuan said. "This card can use monsters in my Graveyard as Xyz Materials to perform an Xyz Summon for an Xyz monster." (Anime effect)

Ha Ke was instantly petrified.

Monsters in the Graveyard as materials?

"You... you... are you going to summon..." Ha Ke's cold sweat poured down.

"That's right, I use 'Heraldic Beast Leo' and 'Heraldic Beast Leo' from my Graveyard as materials, two Level 4 monsters Overlay, Xyz Summon!"

Fujiki You Xuan snapped his fingers.

"Gagaga Cowboy, Unit 3."

【Gagaga Cowboy, DEF 2500】

Ha Ke: "..."

Not just Ha Ke, even Yuma was shocked to this point, and there was a trace of sympathy in his eyes when he looked at Ha Ke.

This guy, even if he went to hell, would probably be chased by a group of Cowboys in his nightmares...

"Gagaga Cowboy Unit 3, final effect," Fujiki You Xuan said. "Detach one material, 800 points of damage."

Ha Ke: "Ahhh—"
