Chapter 378: Rich Hero

【Judai, LP1000】

【Hibiki Koyo, LP3300】

When Fujiki You Xuan came down, it seemed the duel was already in the endgame. Hibiki Koyo had the remaining face-up Defense Position "Elemental HERO Woodsman" on the field, while Judai's field was empty.

【Elemental HERO Woodsman, DEF 2000】

Although they both used Elemental HEROes, Judai used the civilian hero series centered on those famous four trash heroes, which were common goods you could buy at roadside card shops.

And Hibiki Koyo's heroes didn't seem to have a single trash hero, and there were many rare heroes that were completely unavailable on the market.

It could also be said that Hibiki Koyo's Elemental HEROes were the champion special edition. His luxury version fighting against Judai's civilian version had a sense of "relying on technology if you are rich, and relying on mutation if you are poor."

"I feel the enthusiastic heart between you and your heroes, Judai." Hibiki Koyo smiled, "As expected of a duelist who can reach this step."

Meeting fans was always pleasant, and seeing Judai use such a pile of civilian heroes to reach the top eight, even he couldn't help but feel admiration.

After dueling, he was even more infected by Judai's passion, feeling that his passion for dueling was burning unprecedentedly.

"But your field is empty, and you only have one card left in your hand." Hibiki Koyo smiled, "With only one chance to draw a card, can you break through the defense line of Woodsman with 2000 DEF?"

"Hehe, there's still one chance to draw a card."

Judai rubbed his nose and said excitedly.

"Then watch carefully, Mr. Koyo, my draw!

My turn, draw!"

Judai said excitedly after drawing the card.

"Very good, it really came!

I first activate Spell Card 'Dark Factory of Mass Production', which can return two Normal Monsters from the Graveyard to the hand. I return 'Elemental HERO Sparkman' and 'Elemental HERO Clayman' to my hand."

"Retrieved these two Elemental HEROes..."

Hibiki Koyo seemed to have guessed something and narrowed his eyes slightly.

So to say, the card Judai just drew should be...

"Activate Spell Card 'Polymerization'! Fuse 'Elemental HERO Sparkman' and 'Elemental HERO Clayman'—"

Two great heroes disappeared into the vortex of fusion, lightning descended from it, and the giant surrounded by thunder descended from it!

Elemental HERO Thunder Giant, summon!

【Elemental HERO Thunder Giant, ATK 2400】

"Accurately drew the key 'Polymerization' Spell for Elemental HEROes in the final draw."

Hibiki Koyo showed an approving expression.

Sure enough, this child...

was simply a genius born for dueling.

"'Elemental HERO Thunder Giant', when Fusion Summon successful, destroy the monster on the opponent's field with original ATK lower than itself!" (Original effect)

Judai said excitedly.

"Go, Thunder Giant—

—Thunder Flash!"

The churning lightning blasted out from the palm of that giant hero, like rolling heavenly thunder falling, the lightning gathered on Hibiki Koyo's field, and Woodsman shattered with it, leaving only black smoke rising slowly.

"Direct attack from Thunder Giant!"

No defensive monster, no face-down card. The lightning spear roared out from the hands of Thunder Giant, passing through Hibiki Koyo.

The champion stood steadily in place and ate the current that swept through his body, his clothes fluttering, but a satisfied smile appeared on his face.

【Hibiki Koyo, LP3300 -> LP900】

"Good, my turn ends."

Judai became more and more energetic as he fought.

"Just a little bit more!"

Summoning Thunder Giant now had reversed the situation. Hibiki Koyo had no monsters on his field, and his hand was also only one card. Plus the one draw next turn, it shouldn't be easy to defeat a trump card like Thunder Giant...

However, the more it was like this, the more exciting it was.

"How will Mr. Koyo make his move next?" Judai thought more and more excitedly.

He was dueling with the world's strongest hero user, Mr. Koyo, who won the world championship with the power of heroes!

Could there be anything better than this?

"I have already felt your passion. However, it seems that no matter what, this should be the last draw." Hibiki Koyo smiled, "I really hope this duel can go on forever..."

"Haha, me too." Judai said happily.

Hibiki Koyo smiled, then became serious: "My turn!"

But just as his finger touched the top of the Deck, his movements suddenly paused, and his expression stiffened as if he had been electrocuted.

"Ugh..."

His face changed slightly, and his body swayed.

"Mr. Koyo?" Judai was stunned.

"Nothing... Compared to this, it's coming, Judai!"

Hibiki Koyo's abnormality flashed away, and he immediately adjusted.

"This duel, I will also fight to the end as a duelist!

Activate Spell Card 'A Hero Lives'!"

Fujiki You Xuan narrowed his eyes.

Good guy, is this the strength of a champion?

Although it was also a hero Deck, just taking out a card was a dimensionality reduction blow to classmate Judai...

A Hero Lives, a powerful hero thigh that was widely applied as soon as it was released in the physical game, and even hung on many decks unrelated to heroes. It was originally Hibiki Koyo's card in the manga original, and it was rare that the effect was completely restored without any weakening changes compared to the original work after being released in the physical game.

"When there are no face-up monsters on your field, pay half of your Life Points." Hibiki Koyo said, "Special Summon a Level 4 or lower 'Elemental HERO' from the Deck!"

【Hibiki Koyo, LP900 -> LP450】

"Therefore, I pay half of my Life Points, Special Summon this card from the Deck..."

Hibiki Koyo displayed the monster card searched from the Deck.

"Elemental HERO Stratos!"

Fujiki You Xuan was speechless for a while.

Well, to the Stratos brother, this is a very familiar development. As expected of the champion combo...

Although classmate Judai represented the facade of Elemental HEROes, at least half of the Elemental HERO thighs favored by players were from Hibiki Koyo's house. The so-called "strongest hero user" really wasn't without reason.

However, Fujiki You Xuan was surprised next that Hibiki Koyo didn't activate Stratos's effect.

Hero Lives to Stratos brother, and then when Stratos brother is successfully summoned, you can search for another "Hero" from the Deck, this is the development engraved in the DNA of hero players in the "Hero Lives" era...

Then Fujiki You Xuan remembered.

Oh, sorry, it's not the physical Stratos brother.

The Stratos brother after being released in the physical game was strengthened to an epic level. The "Elemental HERO Stratos" in the manga original, besides having a high-quality low-level panel of 1800, only had an effect of "can halve its own ATK to attack directly."

It was not at the same level of strength as after being released in the physical game.

Fujiki You Xuan supported his chin and pondered.

Looking at it this way, the strengthening and progress space of Elemental HEROes in this world was also very large...

"Activate Spell Card 'Miracle Fusion', banish Elemental HEROes from the Graveyard to perform a Fusion Summon!"

Hibiki Koyo displayed the two cards that exited the Graveyard.

"I banish 'Elemental HERO Woodsman' and 'Elemental HERO Ocean' from the game, Fusion Summon!"

He held his arm high, and the two monsters disappeared into the vortex of fusion.

"Watch carefully, Judai, this is my trump card, the super rare hero that only exists in the world—

—Elemental HERO Terra Firma!!!"

The fusion of forest and ocean turned into the incarnation of this blue planet, descending on the dueling field in the form of an elemental giant.

Elemental HERO Terra Firma, summon!

"So... so powerful!"

Judai's eyes almost turned into heart shapes.

"Earth, the super rare hero that only exists in the world..."

Fujiki You Xuan also frowned slightly.

That wasn't just a simple stereoscopic projection. Now he could feel that unique pressure and powerful strength, it was definitely a spirit residing, and it was also a spirit with a considerable degree of strength.

"Terra Firma's effect, can use Elemental HEROes on your field as Offerings, absorbing their ATK and DEF values!"

Hibiki Koyo shouted.

"Use Stratos as an Offering to absorb, release the strongest power! Terra Firma—

—Scorching Lava Mode!"

The white giant turned crimson, and magma from the center of the earth erupted from his whole body, and the giant was shrouded in crisscrossing rolling lava!

【Elemental HERO Terra Firma, ATK 4300】

"Go Judai, the final blow!" Hibiki Koyo shouted, "Attack 'Elemental HERO Thunder Giant'!"

Terra Firma's full-force sprint, lava seemed to turn into a blade and was held in his hand. Thunder Giant was slashed and melted, and the scorching flames swallowed the field of vision, but Judai was still excited.

"Terra Firma, so cool..."

【Judai, LP1000 -> LP0】
